We are very luck to have Matt and his team as our IT support since we started our practice from scratch in 2016. We have perfect IT setup for a dental clinic. It's practical, safe and reliable. Urban IT's team is very knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever we need support, they are just a phone call/an email away. Their pricing is very reasonable as well. We would definitely recommend Urban IT to other dental and medical clinics who are looking for reliable IT support companies.
Worst experience ever. They will be very polite until they get the work but after that they wont even listen to you very rude and arrogant. Please do your research before engaging them.
I have had the pleasure of working with Matt and Suz from Urban IT for 6-7 year. I have seen their organisation grow rapidly, which is testament to their great work. Matt and his team have been absolute professional during my entire experience. Always communicating and explaining what is necessary, helping me to make an informed decision. Never has there been any pressure placed on me. I operate a business with multi site practice 365 days a year. To date they have always done their best to support me and get me up and running, even on days they are not available! That little bit of extra effort says a lot about the organisation.
