Absolutely my favourite place for breakfast allways friendly and welcoming allways greeted with a smile

These guys are amazing! When I was studying and didn’t have my car I would drop in after school drop off and get study done. I could be there for some time and they never cared or moved me on. They’re definitely people oriented, remember names and orders. Definitely bubbly and all about the customers My daughter loves it here too

I come to Urban Hype Cafe often with my family and I can not compliment this Cafe enough
on their wonderful Staff wonderful food and amazing atmosphere.

Had an amazing experience on my second visit to the cafe. Michelle, the lovely staff greeted and remembered my name which was totally surprising and warmth my heart. This indeed made me felt special and put a great smile on my face. Such a personal touch to their service. Would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to connect, relax and feel special. A great place with great coffee and sandwiches. So very accommodating to customers needs.

Michelle was even willing to listen as I shared about my anxious client and very willing to create a warm environment, and provide support if I ever needed it.
What a great day I had, all thanks to Michelle kindness and thoughtfulness

20/06/2023. On my lunch break, I’ve lined up like everyone else did, old man at the counter chatting his life story, waited in line 10 minutes before the ladies could take my order… waited another 10- 15 mins for my food. You know people have busy lives we don’t have all day standing for a takeout. Spends $20.for a simple meal.

Moving into the area soon and looking for a new Cafe so we stopped for lunch. The food and coffee was great and the service was even better. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back when we move.

Having walked past this little Cafe multiple times we tried it a few weeks ago with the oldies and were really impressed (had breakfast type meals last time - all good).
This time we stopped in for lunch. Our milkshakes (one with almond milk) were spot on, and our meals were delicious. My fiance wasn't sure how he'd fit the burger in his mouth but he managed to devour it all! I had a veggie wrap (toasted) which was really tasty.
The staff here make it even better, being super friendly and funny.
The fact this cafe is soooo busy (take away and eat in) proves how good it is. A little gem worth a visit.

My experience here was that I turned up having a rough day. (Didn’t mention that) I ordered a coffee and the staff were polite and kind. The coffee came out quickly and was honestly delicious. I’m still here but will be leaving this cafe feeling much better.

I had the "big breaky", the food was good but it is over priced for what you get. Other than that the service is great and fast

Friendly staff and great coffee. Always have time to say “Have a great day” no matter how busy they are.

The customer service at Urban hype Cafe is amazing I have come down with my children a couple of times and they always have a smile and are ready to welcome you, the food and coffee is lovely. It's been a tough year on everyone well done guys for keeping everyone's spirits up.

Lovely little cafe beside a very busy Coles. The owners are personable, friendly and welcoming every morning when we order our usual take away coffees. The coffees are delish, at a very reasonable price and they have loyalty cards!

I stopped here for lunch today and ordered the schnitzel focaccia and a coffee. The focaccia was very disappointing, the chicken was half the size of the roll and tasted like a $1 schnitzel you buy from coles. Terrible!
The coffee and service was good though.
