Great products. Friendly staff. Very good experience. I dealt with the shop in Richmond and the administration was prompt and efficient. Nothing was too difficult for them, including reserving some tiles for a short time before I could confirm final quantities and pay. I also had to place another order for a few more boxes of tiles which I picked up from the warehouse. Before I had a chance to help, the staff had the tiles loaded into my car. Amazing. Thumbs up from me.

Looking for tiles online I kept seeing Urban Edge ceramic's funky designs. Eventually we went into Richmond - glad we did! It's a friendly, family-run place, with the staff exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable on their products. We ended up buying all our tiles from UE, and were very happy with their selection and service:)

We have been purchasing tiles here for years and Mia & staff have always been incredible in assisting us with the selection of the plethora of tiles they stock. The tiles are timeless and of extremely high quality. A special mention also goes to Justin who assisted us with a tile selection some 15 years ago which have remained ageless & timeless. Recently we purchased the Mutina Piano tiles and the reactions we've received from friends is just WOW. This is the best tile shop around and being builders we have explored many of them!
