Extremely happy with the finished product for the garage of our new home. The team were polite and professional. The showroom is worth a visit too as there are many options not seen online. The buildet was so impressed by the result he's going to get it done on his own garage. Basil was super helpful too.

We had our floors done with Urban Floors, throughout the entire house - we chose their Polished Pewter finish and it looks AMAZING! They came highly recommended by our builder, and made it easy from the start, responding quickly to emails and phone calls. We chose the Epoxy Flake Floor in Shoreline micro and couldn't be happier. It has exceeded our expectations for colour and finish. It's a much softer, neutral colour than it appears on screen. Our man cave looks amazing. The guys were punctual, professional, neat and cleaned up afterwards. Basil and Caroline were great to deal with and kept us in the loop. I would highly recommend this company and product and would use them again.

A great experience from start to finish. From the point of sale, right through to aftercare, Urban Concrete Floors has the game down pat! All staff are friendly, polite and give solid, sound advice on proper care and maintenance of your new floor. All work is tidy, professional and they leave the job site perfectly clean once the work is complete. While there are cheaper options, there are also others which are WAY more expensive. The money you spend with these guys is fully commensurate with the product and service you receive, and then some. The process is easy and booking/lead times are quick.

This company is always ready to help and no job is too much to ask. I am so glad to have found these folks, as it has truly turned my gaudy, dirty looking concrete garage and alfresco areas of my house into something that resembles flawless design all over.
