Very happy with my appt. Dr Zac wasn’t upset that I was late - he’s very gracious. He addressed all my issues and was very efficient.

My issue was treated with compassion and a plan was put in place that I felt comfortable with to help treat the concern.

Even though my appointment was late, the consultation was not rushed. I left with good directions that were in line with my needs. Happy with the visit.

Great doctors surgery with easy when chair access. Great staff and well appointed facilities.

Dr Kristiani is an excellent doctor. Very professional, experienced, caring and really listens and is very considerate. Highly recommended for women's health matters and all other medical issues.

Such lovely experiences. I was looking for a new GP for my family after some negative experiences with my previous GP. My family have now been a handful of times and I am very happy with the doctors and front of house team.

This is great place. The doctors really care and are very professional. The only thing I wish is that they bulk billed. Many of us are under extreme stress caused by the cost of living which causes depression and anxiety. Many times I avoid going to doctor because it’s a choice between needing medical advice or not eating or paying the rent. I do understand the doctors point of view though. I guess we’ve just got to face reality.

Been going there for years and without doubt DR CHE TADI is the best.has been amazing with my list of issues. Reception are always friendly and helpful.

Much as my approval of Upwey Doctors is high, I am sorry to see that they have joined this growing trend for businesses to effectively seek "pats on the back", for that is fundamentally what is sought, when the consumer naturally expects quality of service from any business, particularly so when the business is a medical one.
Having said that, I've been a patient with Upwey Doctors since its inception. At my age that should indicate my continuing satisfaction with all aspects of this multiple practice. I have a "continuing medical profile", (one way of putting it) and I have been impressed by the range of services etc provided, making it a one-stop medical service for most patients. In a word, "excellent" sums it up.

I like my doctor and she is extremely thorough but due to long waiting times, I am very close to going elsewhere.
Waiting up to an hour each visit is very disappointing. It is sad that the clinic squeezes so many appointments into a day with no apparent remorse for wasting patient’s time.

Dr Zac is the most wonderful Dr ever, the best. After finding this clinic I'd never go anywhere else. Such good care.

We had to wait about 15-20 minutes but we didn’t mind. Dr Zac is always attentive and easy to talk to. He is thorough in his approach to treatments - my husband and I are very happy to have him as our GP.

Dr Tadi is the best, most sincere and thorough doctor I have ever experienced. He is an amazing doctor, who is passionate about his field and also in getting the best possible outcomes for his patients. I honestly dont know where i would be today without his care.

Dr Zach is just the best! Efficient, no nonsense but with a quiet empathy and a vast store of knowledge. Seeing Dr Zach is always reassuring and informative. Thank you
