I am a client and friend of the late Mike Bono, someone who could be considered a father of electrolysis. Mike unfortunately got sick and was no longer able to treat me but out of his kindness recommended Nora. For Nora to be recommended by Mike speaks a lot of her character, knowledge and aptitude in the field. Mike wouldn’t easily recommend an electrologist without having vetted them, their quality of work and their knowledge. In turn, I went to see Nora for three days to clear the remaining hair on my back and shoulders. What I can say is that she is adept, knowledgeable, caring and above all thorough. Nora cleared every hair in the area, including the ones you can’t necessarily see with the naked eye. This is what you want from an electrologist and in my opinion we have struck gold having Nora here in Australia. Mike would be very happy to know there are still electrologist around with such skill and care. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to permanently remove hair.

Nora is the best. I have tried many other hair removal services over the years and they were a waste of money. This woman absolutely knows her stuff when it comes to laser hair removal. She is extremely experienced and I noted her extreme care and attention to detail when treating me. This was my first time doing laser hair removal and the results were very satisfying. I am returning soon for my second treatment and looking forward to it.

I've gone here for quite a few months now and gotten quite a few sessions. Nora is absolutely wonderful! I've done both laser AND electrolysis hair removeal. I've gone to quite a few different places but no one is as fast and as thorough as Nora is.

With laser, i've had my face pre-cooled, disinfected and everything done at my own pace. Compared to other places, here was the most comfortable and the fastest results.

With my electrolysis, Nora provided me all the information on how to ensure my treatment goes as painless as possible. She constantly checks up on you to make sure it doesn't hurt too much and keeps the area clean. If she's working on hair removeal on the face, she even gives you a hand mirror so you can see her work too!

The establishment is absolutely spotless too! Everything is completely disinfected and spotless! I've never seen a cleaner establishment for hair removeal.

Nora is truly amazing! She is skilled and non-judgemental. Her clinic is pristine clean for all her customers. She knows how to treat people of colour. I have been going to her for the past year or so (4 clearances) and my hair has decreased at least by 90%. I just do touch ups here and there. I will let you know that there will be pigmentation (depending on the setting) but it will fade overtime. Yes, I was concerned at first but I consulted other electrologists; they said it was normal as it depends on the type of electrolysis used and the fading will disappear completely with time. I can confidently say that the pigmentation have faded significantly. Just trust the process! Thank you for treating me, Nora:)

Nora is very thorough and professional, in her electrolysis treatment and her salon is very clean. The equipment and techniques she uses are the most high tech l have ever seen. She is very friendly and makes you feel at ease. Her fees are very reasonable and she definitely does not overcharge. I would highly recommend her and would not go to anyone else for my treatments.

I have much less facial hair after I have spent around 6 months doing electrolysis with Nora. If you are looking for permanent result, I highly recommend her service.

Nora is cheap because she is an inexperienced practitioner. I got my upper lip and chin done, and she has caused permanent dents and dark patches. She claimed this was a normal reaction, but i went to another electrologist who said i have been overtreated and these marks are permanent. Do not believe the other reviews here, because i believe she has got her friends to make positive reviews. Nora puts very high heat settings which destroys the integrity of your skin. It was extremely painful and now i am left with skin with permanent defects.
