If I could give zero stars, I would. Quick to take our money followed by countless empty promises and lies from Serge. Continuously changed install dates, especially at the last minute or just didn't turn up. I've no idea what their finished product actually looks like as we never got ours. We eventually had to cancel as the timelines were just getting pushed further and further back. After many months, we finally got our deposit back. If you have any sense, do not deal with this company.

Don't go near these guys. 7 months Warranty starts from the time the truck drives out the Zenit gate and if your out of warranty by a month or two according to Serge, warranty is well out. Don't buy Deceuninck brand pvc windows because they don't have the carrying capacity to hold back the water from torrential down pours of rain. Water backs up and flows onto the reveal and house. Don't expect any service or assistance from Zenit to resolve the problem either. Warranty is 7 years instead of the standard 10 years as with other manufacturers.
