Upstate Studios Torquay

I have only attended 5 classes so far but have loved every single one. It’s great non-judgemental vibes which is really important to me.

Have loved going to Upstate Torquay! Instructors are so accommodating so you can take the class at your own pace, depending how you are feeling that day. The atmosphere and community at upstate is unmatched - Highly recommend!

Upstate Torquay has been amazing! The studio is always so clean and the temp for hot Pilates is perfect. The girls are so lovely and make sure you get a real good workout. Highly recommend +

I am so glad I decided to take up the first month trial offer. I have been taking different classes, studios and instructors - and it has been even better than expected. Definitely see myself becoming a longer term "upstater".

I have attended a number of Hiit and burn classes. The instructors are enthusiastic, fantastic and professional and you always come out of the class exhausted and dripping wet.

Just started up at Upstate Torquay, absolutely love how fast paced the classes are. Always leave feeling energised and ready for the day xx

I am doing the 1 month challenge and really enjoying the friendliness and the variations between each class and instructor. I can certainly feel the difference in my stamina already.

Absolutely love upstate torquay! All the staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful in the classes. The studio is clean and it’s an enjoyable environment to go into.

Currently doing a month unlimited of the HIIT Pilates classes and they’re amazing. I’ve had a different instructor each session but they have all worked me into a great sweat and even better work out. The vibe is buzzing and the music is pumping. Very impressed and enjoying my work outs

I have definitely been converted from reformer pilates to mat pilates by Upstate Torquay with the Pilates Burn classes. I also love the Yin Yoga classes. The instructors are all enthusiastic and have their own style so I never get bored and I am always being challenged with new things. Thanks Upstate!

I'm not usually a gym goer but I think i've found what I enjoy! Upstate is a wonderful and accepting environment to sweat it out and feel good about yourself. Especially love the boxing and hot yoga. Looking forward to going to more classes!

Great yoga/pilates studio, fresh clean facility, great instructors and very professional run. Very happy with the Torquay Upstate Studio.

I took up the 2 week free On Demand offer and have been absolutely loving the variety of live classes so far. Also, the classes are on at great times and always provide a solid sweat sesh. Thanks Upstate!

Studio is simply amazing, all classes are fun and provides a great start or end to the day. Teachers are very helpful and the both Torquay and Newtown studios are very clean and hygienic.absolutely love this place

I love the studio in Torquay, I’m a beginner at pilates but they are so professional and let you know that you can take a break whenever you need.
You also get things like a free class for a friend if you want to bring someone and they acknowledge when you’ve done a certain amount of classes.

Upstate Torquay offers incredible Hot flow and Hot Pilates classes. You are always guaranteed to walk away from your class feeling reenergised and at peace with ones self!

Great experience with Torquay mat, instructors have been really interactive and motivating. Can't wait to keep attending!
