I have never been much for group classes, or exercise for that matter, but they’re SUPER encouraging, and create a really safe space for everyone to do their classes and leave feeling great. They welcome all walks of life, and keep themselves open after class to connect and ask questions. Always recommending Upstate to friends, won’t go anywhere else:) Thanks Team ️
Loving the boxing and reformer classes. The classes, especially boxing, go so fast! I'm never bored or watching the clock - I really like the class style.
I enjoy the variety of classes - boxing, pilates, reformer and yoga - focusing on different aspects of fitness and strength. Instructors are great too!
My favourite studio! I've tried so many across Melbourne and this is by far the best. Gorgeous space and the instructors are friendly. Classes are super challenging but also fun
