My Drs apt with Anushu today was 5 star service, from the booking procedure to leaving the clinic. I went it for a quick procedure but she took the time to follow up on my existing health and recommended a blood test (2yrs since last done). Better still she did the blood test on the spot so no need to head off to pathology. A very caring approach and not rushed out the door. Totally recommend this clinic.
Anshu and Puneet are lovely, caring and dedicated GPs and it is reassuring to have them in our community. They are always accommodating and extremely thorough in their consultations and for the first time in 30 years my family finally have doctors we can trust and frequent with full faith
A lovely family medical centre. Never a long wait and both Doctors are always lovely to my three children and myself and I can easily book in though “HotDoc” without any hassle. Five stars!
Outstanding husband and wife team. Two of the highest qualified GP's in Australia with extensive training in the UK. They are thorough and they listen, and not driven by financial imperatives which is becoming the downfall seen in many practices these days. I am now a happy 76 year old man with confidence with them watching my back.
Very friendly receptionist & comfortable waiting area. The doctor I saw was friendly and listened to what I was saying, she also didn’t rush me out the door like most doctors elsewhere! Great experience!
