A great product at a great price but in the years we have been using their product no-one has EVER answered the phone 1st time when we rang with a problem. We have to spend hours upon hours calling and calling.

We found the change to update 247 easy, the people there are easy to understand and very helpful its refreshing. We got the package of channel manager, front desk and website, within 2-3 months we have seen a increase in direct bookings. Dont hesitant they have a great product, great service and for the right price.

I could not recommend Update247 enough! I am constantly being called & emailed by other channel managers & their prices do not even come close to what Update offer.
Update may not have all the fancy icons, however the system is easy to use. I am constantly getting help from Nick & James who are always there when you need them for support. I have used other channel managers before but the SERVICE they provide is with out a doubt the best I have had! Its a shame I can only leave 5 STARS!
