Unreal Christmas Trees - Christmas Decorations Hire in Melbourne

I bought a large christmas tree bag and its impressively huge! It fits my 6ft christmas tree in with a lot of room to spare. The material is very strong and the wheels on the base make it very easy to move the bag around. Shoutout to Rob for his excellent customer service when I emailed for tracking update after the original email was missed (by me). A quick phone call from Rob sorted it all out. Recommend these guys 100%

Love my Christmas tree and decorations that I purchased from Unreal Christmas Trees. Have had them for a few years now and very happy with everything. Had a minor issue with my pre lit Christmas tree recently but Rob went out of his way to rectify it. Considering it's such a busy time of the year and how busy they would be, Rob got it sorted within the week! Excellent product and prompt delivery. This would have been a five star review however I was not able to finalise a purchase online as the website would not complete the transaction with several attempts. Also I submitted an online query on 7 Janaury 2023 and was only responded to today (5 September 2023) so there is clearly some failure in your system!

Rob and Linda are an absolute delight, and bent over backwards to ensure that my beautiful 6-foot nutcrackers arrived safely. They are spectacular! I am thrilled.

Rob and his lovely wife were so helpful when I needed a new realistic-looking artificial tree after a difficult Christmas last year.
They were very friendly, answered all my questions, spent all the time with me that I needed, and carried my choice to the car.
When I got home and realised that the tree wouldn't fit in the only spot, they made it easy for me to exchange it to a more appropriate size.
I would highly recommend this family business to anyone, and I plan on going back there next year to refresh my decorations.

The only disappointing part of my visit to the Unreal Christmas Trees was the short time l had to spend looking through the beautifully curated ornaments and trees. Seeing the quality of the items first hand made the selection even more difficult. Thank to Rob and the lovely Linda for quickly sorting through their stock to find exactly what I needed.
