I was helped to buy 2 pairs of jeans as well as a denim skirt by 2 very sweet team members Paris and Sonya. They were extremely accomodating and determined to help me find the perfect fit, which they did! A really great shopping experience:)

Every time I come in the staff are always so helpful. The last time I went in, the workers spent that extra couple of minutes figuring out what I was looking for and recommending a few things, overall just making sure they knew what I was after. Eric, Nico, and every other staff member in that day (17/08) were the most helpful staff I’ve had the pleasure of getting assistance from in a long time. (Sorry if I butchered any spelling)

Y'all it has been a LONG TIME since I've been in a clothing shop with such friendly helpful staff. They're running around grabbing sizes and styles and giving advice and the change room area (which has comfy sofas for those of us not trying stuff on) has quite a festive vibe going on. Will shop here again

Is it normal that the staff does not help the customer to look for an item? I do not care if theres no stock for what I’m looking for but at least help me, then say “I think we only have it online for now”. She was doing nothing besides folding one single shirt for 10 minutes and still not able to help me out. Well, I still give 1 star for telling to buy online.

My teenager love this shop and while they shopped and tried things on my daughter and eye were able to sit near the change rooms so they could show us the outfits they were trying on. The staff were so helpful without being pushy and all genuinely seem to live working there. A breath of fresh air.

The affable male staff who attended to my mum was quite jovial and naturally hospitable toward us? Including other patrons as well which is exemplary of local Melburnians and their excellent customer service ️ overall a pleasant experience in this chic store at level two of Melbourne Central shopping centre:)

Girl with black hair called Morgan had a great personality and very helpful. Thank you so much. However they lack stock of smaller sizes. There’s so many choices in size 12 and 14 but very limited in size 4 and 6. They really know how to disappoint petite girls.

I came here a couple of days ago and I was served by the lovely staff member Sez. She has exceptional customer service! As she recommended me different fits to match up, with the black corset top that I was currently trying on. She was so helpful and has a really good eye for detail.

The energy of two of your workers at the melbourne central store a couple weeks ago were honestly amazing i think they were siblings lily and maximus or something on those lines - Rachel

Strangest retail experience i have had one of the workers were singing so loud it was distracting from the shopping experience and the workers were yelling for each other across the whole store because management had left them understaffed - quick fix, tell your workers they are not at karaoke and better manage your rosters

Both Morgan and Harrison need a pay rise asap. The most genuinely lovely and helpful people. Morgan at the change rooms gave honest feedback on the outfits we tried on, helped us get new sizes and seemed honestly willing to be of assistance. An awesome experience each time we've been there.

Staff are absolutely lovely here so inviting, it’s like getting a second opinion off a friend.especially Morgan n the girl who served me at the counter so sweet.

My partner and I had an extremely negative experience in this store. As employees in the fashion industry with extensive experience in customer service and client focused care, this was one of the most appalling experiences we’ve ever encountered in a retail setting. We went in two days in a row, and both times had an unpleasant experience with the employee with pink hair. At 6.40pm on the first visit, we had entered the store and she approached us, telling us “just letting you guys know we close in 20 minutes”, in such a discourteous and impolite tone, without even a smile to show a friendly manner. After a few minutes, I approached the employee to ask if a certain pant sells out quite fast, to which she replied “yep”, without even looking at me. I then had a follow up question asking whether or not the less popular colours of the pant sell out fast or if it’s just the most popular colour, and her reply was “yep babe they sell out fast because it’s winter”, in the most condescending tone, talking to me as if I’m a blatant idiot. Keep in mind, she hadn’t looked at me once whilst I was talking to her; even when she was answering my questions. We left the store feeling very disappointed with the service, but ultimately put it down to perhaps a bad day or personal issues going on with the employee.

On the second visit, we were greeted by a lovely boy (Hamish, I think his name was) who was incredibly friendly to us. At 6: 30 (30 minutes until the store was supposed to close), the same pink haired girl approached and, again, in the same careless and rude tone, told us the store was closing in 20 minutes. Not only was this untrue and uncalled for as there was still 30 minutes of the trading day left, but we essentially felt as though the employee had no interest in being there and had better things to do than do her job. She didn’t greet us once, nor did we witness her greeting any other customers. We saw her be impolite to the other staff members working, and now, upon reading other reviews within the past three months, we’ve come to realise that this pink haired girl is a problem and has clearly been a problem for several months. It is disappointing and unfavourable that nothing has been done to either motivate the staff member and give her further training on how to appropriately greet, serve and behave in her job, or take disciplinary action against the employee.

However, we’d like to thank the blonde girl who was working today (Wednesday 20 April) who essentially made up for the bad experience with her lovely character and impeccable service, going above and beyond to ensure we were not only able to receive the sizes we needed in the clothes we ended up buying, but also giving us fantastic styling tips. A true professional she was, and someone you definitely want to represent your store, unlike the pink haired girl. I hope action is taken against the pink haired girl considering the number of bad reviews about her.
