Disgusting service here.
We were going into universal and saw an employee, possibly even the owner become abusive to a customer who had accidentally parked in the wrong spot. The customer made a comment about it being ridiculous and then the employee followed him, close behind yelling and hurling abuse. How is this okay at all let alone infront of your store, where customers can see. Do not recommend them at all, anti social and abusive behaviour will not have customers returning.
