Brett turned up on a Saturday within 20 minutes of my call and had me back inside my house after locking myself out in about 2 minutes. Would give him more than 5 stars if I could.

I chose Brett because of a previous review that called him Batman, which I thought was hilarious - a lifesaver who arrives to save your butt and then disappears silently into the night. Can vouch that this is true. Brett responded instantly to my call for help, came out on a Sunday, and did a great job with fair pricing. He also overheard me talking to someone about a warped door in the property that needed fixing, and went the extra mile by whipping out some tool from his Batmobile that had it fixed in ten seconds. Brett is the hero you need.

If I could rate 10 stars I would. Being from interstate I was a little daunted on who to call to assist my elderly Mum with her broken front door lock. I went solely on reviews and well I am not surprised why Brett rates so highly. Brett is professional, friendly, prompt and confirms every step of the way on what is required and when he will be there and he didn't disappoint. I was so grateful for his advice, solutions and price, I would not hesitate to utilise his services again and highly recommend him to all. Brett rarely do we find this A1 service with companies, but you rate as an A1 in my books. Thank you again, I feel relieved now that my Mum is safe and doesn't have dodgy locks.

Brett is a fantastic guy. He is a master of locks and will give you the right advice. While visiting us, he told me why what I was asking for was not required and saved us some cash, which he could have easily earned. That's honesty and thinking about customers first.

Brett is simply awesome. Easy to work with and does not back down from a challenging lock. He quoted us for 5 locks but ended up helping with other security concerns, no extra charge. Good man. Recommended without hesitation.

This guy is an absolute champion.

He got here super quick, just a couple hours after I called. He originally quoted me for changing only 5 locks but it turned out I needed 6. He changed all six for me and then still charged me slightly less than originally quoted!

And to top it all off when he noticed my front gate latch had fallen off he bolted it back on for no extra charge! Absolute legend!

I called several locksmiths to help me find a solution to my thick gate locking issues and none of them were helpful. Brett was the only one who was able to find a simple and cost effective solution straight away and he was able to provide me the locks on short notice.
