I take the ACE course. This is the best for people who want to raise their conversation skills effectively. I practice with a variety of topics and grammar, too. It is vital to learn conversations in a grammatically correct way, so this course is perfect not only for students but also for businesspeople.

I had an attendance problem at school. There was no problem until the payment day. When I paid the payment day, they immediately sent me an e-mail saying that we canceled the course and they do not give any refund (I will not be able to attend the current course and the next course because my visa has been canceled), so if you have an attendance problem, do not pay.

This school is amazing for learning English, also the installations are pretty nice and clean!

Highly recommended, the classes are super enjoyable and super educational. Teachers focus a lot on student performance.

Universal English's appeal is that it's not too big! It makes it easy to ask questions to the teacher and gives you the opportunity to speak up in class. Also, students often pass each other in the hallway, so it's easy to make friends with friends from other classes and from different countries.
The facilities are also complete. Libraries with Wi-Fi are very convenient

I am a student who has been going to this academy for over a month now! When I first decided on a language school, I tried out various places, but I liked the teaching method the best, so I decided on this one.

We focus on grammar, but we make the class fun by solving problems together and playing games so you can have more conversations with your friends! Since I order everything with my friends, I can naturally become closer to them, and I feel like my English is improving through communication.school atmosphere
I'm not good at English, so I tend to be embarrassed and find it difficult to speak English. But this academy has a comfortable atmosphere, and the teachers and foreign friends are kind and bright. Even if I speak slowly, they wait for me and help me try, so I feel like I'm gaining confidence, and it's an atmosphere like this. I think it helps a lot in improving my English!

I've been to other language schools and found some that don't have Korean managers, but this one definitely has a Korean manager, so communication is easy and I'm so happy and grateful that they care so much.
Now that I've made a lot of friends and had a lot of great experiences, I really think coming to this language school was a godsend. I highly recommend it.

Highly recommend the school. I can speak for the Adelaide and Melbourne campuses, as I have had the opportunity to study at both venues. There is great support from the school officials (greetings to Ximena from UE in Adelaide and Javier in Melbourne, great support for those of us who have just arrived in Australia). And I consider that the educational quality is excellent!

I attended a barista course.
The barista course is a one-month intensive course where you can learn about coffee and latte art. The school is located in the city, so it is very accessible. I'm glad I went here.

Academic manager of Universal English doesn't take complaints seriously. I don't think some teachers are at a sufficient level. If you don't like your teacher, your class is not changed.

I attended the General English Course for 8 weeks.
Depending on the season, there are many Japanese, but depending on the timing, there may be only one Japanese in the class.

Overall, there are a large number of students from Colombia and Thailand, as well as Saudi Arabia and Mongolia.

We have both native and non-native teachers.
If you are particular about having a native teacher, or if you are concerned about the rules prohibiting your native language, you might want to go to a different school.

It was good for me because a non-native teacher taught me how to learn English.

The teachers, staff, and classmates are all nice people, and I think it's a very homey school.

This school is a lot of fun because all the teachers and students attending are very kind and friendly.
Also, there are relatively few Japanese students here, so I recommend this school for those who want to study in an international environment.
If you have any problems, there are teachers who can speak Japanese, so you don't have to worry.

I studied my General English course and VET at UIT and it was a really good experience. UIT delivers an education with qualified teachers. Its facilities are very cozy and comfortable.

I thought it was a good school but with the pandemic it was not helpful in terms of prices and comfortable payment arrangements, it was not aware that the situation was not good for the majority.

I wish I could give them 0 stars but it’s not possible, anyways, I would never recommend this college they only care about money and their education they provide is $h! T

The worst, they don't follow up and don't care. All they want is your money and that's the only time they tend to be responsive.

I have been enjoying the IELTS course in this college since one month ago and despite the COVID19 situation they have done their best so far. They have a good a moodle platform available for students, where we can find the resources for each class. However, I am sure when we return back to the classroom the experience will be much better.

I like college because it's have a good teachers, good installation, the college have many people from differents countrys its the best experience, not only learn the language, also we know the others cultures, we make really good friends. Also we can find persons that our help in our lenguague if we have any problems. I will recommend 100%.

UIT is one of the good institute with good trainer and good staff. I really like the teaching of our trainer Rubab. I had the great learning experience.

I am really glad of experiencing good student service in Spanish at UIT. They really are very friendly.
