Les is a legend. He hooked me up on a friday after work with a combo kit deal that was sold out in all major tool stores, unbelievable customer service from the team there. He also threw in some free goodies. Definitely recommend buying tools from there.

Les and the crew from United Tools Thomastown have always gone out of their way to provide fantastic customer service. They prioritise quality products and go the extra mile to ensure the customer receives the right tool for the job, I’ll be shopping here for years to come.

The sole reason I shop at united tools is that they stock only quality products with an extensive on shelf range that you cannot get any where else. To match is the professional and friendly service which is on another level. People that really no the products and have technical knowledge and understanding of the tool trade. Thanks Less and crew. You guys are amazing and a rare breed. I am a life time tool buyer and will only ever buy through United tools. Keep up the great work in servicing the public.

Went for a 1 hour trip to get to United Tools one day for a particular product, and ended up returning here many times, even though it was out of the way. Great staff and service.

Had good quality tap and die sets not found many places anymore, staff were friendly and pricing was fair. Will always be back!

I have been buying from Les at Alltools Thomastown for about 4 years now. He has a vast selection of quality tools. Very helpful staff. I think I chatted to almost all of them yesterday. Les (Owner) is a great guy who loves to talk so we got along right away. I live and work in inner Melbourne so I travel past dozens of his competitors. The fact I drive for 35-40min just to buy here is a testament to their service and advice. There is always a little flex on pricing and Les will find a way to make you feel happy with your purchase. Thanks Guys you are awesome!

This place is strange how they make it feel like a crime to browse through. Always in your face what are you looking for? Chill out I have eyes! Ask once then leave people alone!

Great store, good range, good prices, great service, most blokes will feel like a kid in a candy store.

Worst service experienced for a while, you broke that record! I am unfortunate enough for them to be my closest tool shop, every time its a nightmare and I now save myself the agony and drive to Total Tool Epping without hesitation, where they act like they care about my business.

After spending thousands of dollars in previous occasions, when brought up a better comparison price they refused to acknowledge their price matching policy, not only that but the attitude was terrible all along. I purchased anyways as I was in a rush and it was a petty $40 price difference over a 2k+ purchase, , but oh boy.not coming back!

I have been using the excellent and attentive services of United Tools Thomastown for a number of years now. Michael always goes above and beyond in researching the unique requests I bring on multiple occasions. All the staff there are friendly, helpful and knowledgable; and their service doesn't waver whether I'm spending $30 or $3000.

Rude and incompetent staff from the first to last, through the owner. Seem like a shop taken from a couple decades ago where a remotely satisfying customer service was not a must. SKIP THIS PLACE FROM YOUR LIST, GO ELSEWHERE
