Buyer Beware. GET A QUOTE IN WRITING. These clowns will stitch you up and ADD undisclosed charges. Had to pay 80% more than quoted to get my tools back. RIPPED OFF.
We have been dealing with the guys at United Tools for 20 years now and couldn't recommend them enough. Being a demolition company, we bring in our tools beaten and battered, sure enough the lads sort them out.
If your in need for tools servicing, or updating your tools Rick will always be of great service wether its battery, air or hand tools he's got everything and anything!
The best place to get your tools. Fabulous advice, excellent range and helpful staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Having an in house workshop for repairs is very convenient too.
Great service, amazing store. Had to service my tool and within an hour all was resolved. Highly recommended and will be back there again.
Great customer service, and a very comprehensive range of tools all the way up to Festool, I have always found their prices very competitive with stores like Bunnings, but unlike Bunnings these guys know what they are talking about and will suggest the best tool/brand for your application not the tool that head office is pushing that week, thanks for all your help.

Worst customer service. Waited 3 months to have my tools repaired.not so much as a phone call to let me know what was happening.
At last ive found a real tool shop, where it was no problem for ric to make a few phone calls to check that new attacments where just what id been looking for my makita.ordered in
rec in a couple of days with a follow up call to let me know. Great service guys
