United Shepparton (Pie Face)

Lights all on, says open 24 hrs, but it isn't actually open. A guy was busy cleaning and said they were closed because they were cleaning. I said, "Can you help me, im almost out of petrol even if you give me a little bit. He said no and did that go away hand signal and left. It's quite disappointing.

Just grabbed a pie and coffee for the road. It was so so. The coffee cold. Pie was heated until it was hotter then the coffee. Would have been nice if it were the other way around, hot coffee and warm pie. Any way

These guys are awesome. I know there’s a lot of stigma around races, but hands down this place is fantastic. The service is great, they’re actually really great people and really funny, the store is always clean and the coffee is really well made! And on the off chance a mistake happens, they’re always more than happy to fix it up for you. I would actually go so far as to say this is one the best servos in the south side of Shepparton

Mum Bought 4 pies there. Two of them fridge cold in the middle. Serious breach of food safety regulation.reheated food must be at least 65°c. Mum saw their advertised deal that says add two dollars for donut as bundle deal purchased with any pie excluding mini pie and sausage roll while the shop assistant guy is still getting ready our pie. The guy at the checkout then says can't give us the bundle deal as payment has been made and cannot be added. So later mum bought another pack of big pie from the fridge and coffee to get me my donut and this time paid together but the discounted bundle deal was not given. Mum complained and the check out guy was rude saying she should have asked if discount is apply before making the purchase claiming the terms of the bundle deal is only for the heated pie. Mum took a photo of advertised deal with the terms clearly visible to proof him wrong but she was still not given the discount. Bad experience that ruin my mum's jolly holiday mood. First ever bad experience we had with pie face as a long term pie face fans. Disappointed with such bad customer service and food safety breach. Hope no one is food poisoned from here. Mum will be reporting their food safety breach.

Pies are really nice and who doesn'tlove a drive thru, tho not sure what they are making and calling it coffee.

Great choices of food and awesome customer service. Good to see a lot of smiling faces every time I walk in.
