Toilets disgusting both men’s and women’s and had to ask staff after standing there for 5 mins If we could pay for our fuel while they were on their phone. Other customers were waiting also. I’ll never support Pie Face again. Disappointing as not your typical county service

Keep driving, don't stop in. Toilets trashed + staff told no toilet paper and their response 'we know' not to mention long as wait for a pasty that they forgot about

Was travelling from Adelaide to Sydney that got me tired.i got a coffee.

Very unprofessional company. Had to ask Indian man who was blocking fuel pump to move his car. Visitor or owner sitting at table chatting with guy from counter and women. Would have been better off cleaning dirty unkempt store

Great place to stop by, Jay was super friendly and helped us out with hot water for our noodle for our way back to Sydney. Highly recommended

Staff continually refuse to allow discount from untied fuel cards. Swipes card and always said it's been declined. Don't bother stopping and supporting this outlet.

Located in a very small town with a beautiful lake with small pub and club and friendly community people stopped here and had excellent food and friendly staff all the usual stuff available with variety of pizza and burgers with seafood freshly prepared and served available here a must stop and go for travelers coming from long distances and never forget the most famous vanilla slices

If I could leave no stars that would be ideal.
I had been travelling for 5 hours with my two young kids to arrive in Ouyen requiring a toilet and to refuel my car. I stopped into the Ouyen United to use their toilet facilities before fueling up only to find when I returned to the car the man behind the counter come running out abusing and yelling at me in front of my kids saying I wasn’t allowed to park or use the facilities because I wasn’t purchasing anything. I explained I needed to use the toilets because my kids were about to wet themselves, he kept going on and on which actually had my children scared yelling I have no right to be there. I ended telling him where to go jump with his rudeness and that I had intention of purchasing fuel there but with his poor attitude that I will go down the road.
Thanks to the friendly staff at Caltex they got my nearly $200 sale of fuel and food.
My husband is a big influencer within the car industry and we will ensure that all United fuel stations are boycotted from here on within the industry we work in and that is a massive loss for your company.
No way can this be rectified to make me a happy customer, to frighten my kids and continue carry on the way your staff member in Ouyen did is highly unacceptable on any customer service level.
