Worst experience the Indian guy working at 6pm, yelled at me in front of a lot of customers i just asked for help ciz I don’t know how to put air in the car tyres but he didn’t listen to me and keep talking on phone he was very rude I went often there all the time he was talking on phone that’s not good I never go back there and he never Say to customers hello he don’t know how to greet with customers he really very worst men he should not be there

I was making a coffee and he yells out if I had smaller change than $50 because he didn’t have any Change and I told him I didn’t he told me I couldn’t have the coffee and had to leave it so I left it and went to my car and was making a phone call then he runs out and tells me that he has change so after my call I went back in and he told me if I want it I’ll have to buy the coffee that I left there I told him I don’t want the coffee it’s been sitting there for 7 minutes and it’s cold then he started yelling and telling customers that I left the coffee there no I left the coffe because he told me to leave it because I only had $50 rudest person I’ve ever met and aggressive towards me he should’ve be ashamed of himself

Today I went to pump petrol to my car. My charges were $48.12. But they charged me $54.55. Which means an extra $6.43. Then I asked why he charged more. He said I pumped twice even though I didn't.

Finally he checked the CCTV and found one of the other staff member was pumping fuel for their own work and simply added that amount also to my bill. I believe they are doing the same thing to others as well.

That staff member was very rude and disrespectful. I advise not to go to this particular petrol station.

Worst gas station in south east Melbourne, the Rude guy who act like the owner needs to learn how to greets customers, unless you have nothing to do don’t even try that coin sucking car wash.

I went for wash my car there,
Foam brush was not working so I went inside for complain,
A staff replied me that it can’t be happen, than I have to say that I am not lying.
Than he replied I am offering $1 refund which I am not allowed, I simply denied to take refund and walk away,
So rude and unprofessional.

Friendly staff here. Maybe I’ve just been lucky with who is working eking but I’ve never once had a problem with the staff.

Handy to have a car wash here too. It’s never busy so there’s no waiting around.

The fuel pumps are always working (unlike other petrol stations in the area). And they have e10 which our car loves.

Price-wise they are generally a couple of cents cheaper than the Shell alternatives on Cranbourne Rd.
