Microwaved cold pies. The staff member was on her phone while serving and seemed distracted. She also assured me the pies would be warm but all 3 pies that my family had were cold in the middle.

Bad experience with the automated car wash and how the business handled it.

On the menu I decided on the $14.00 wash was what I needed. When I got to the keypad to choose the wash I wanted, it was listed as $15.00.

I pay the $15.00 with my card and once the payment is processed the screen then errors and tells me the car wash is busy. (It is empty). I went into the cashier to seek assistance.

I tell the attendant what has happened and he tells me that the cash wash is out of order and offers no apology or refund.

There were no signs informing customers that the car wash was out of order and it still took the money.

When I asked what he could do to help me, he tells me I need to speak with his manager. When I ask to see the manager he tells me they are not there and that I will need to leave my contact details so he can call me.

It is now 2 days later and I have not received a call and I can see the money has been taken out of my account.

Based on this experience I would not recommend using this car wash or service station, there are other options that are at similar prices in the area who provide better service.

3 times in row, got served cold pies and sausage roll and served wrong sauce, because they are always on phone while serving, I come here at-least twice a week, every time I come here specially night time staff is always on phone, don’t even say hello, poor service

I could not bring myself to pay $7.50 for a small bag of Smiths Salt and Vinegar chips and $6.50 for a 600 ml sprite bottle in their Ubereats delivery system. There’s extremely ridiculous prices and then these ppl take it to a whole new level. Obviously don’t care if no one orders anything. I was stupid enough to order something one day a few months ago and about half an hour after the order was accepted they cancelled it anyway as there was no drivers. Can’t imagine how their could be any demand. I think I would rather walk to the nearest servo in my pjs and slippers for 45 minutes then ever consider getting this place to deliver complete rip off!

Great location great boat wash and cars.
Would be fantastic if you put in dog wash service as there is heaps of dogs in this area.
Which means we go to other service station and do our dogs and fill up petrol while there

After paying for milk, 2 pies & a donut ($17.95), the attendant only gives me one pie, claiming I had not paid for the 2nd. I asked for the receipt, the guy said ok & after playing with the computer for a bit RECEIPT CANCELLED comes up on the screen! Then he starts serving the next customer & said its only one pie get over it! I was so mad, then when I get home to eat the donut, it is so stale it was completely inedible.

Went to this servo the other morningjust to get a coffee and the attendant was busy talking on their headphones to someone and charged me $92 thinking I filled up with diesel. I asked for it to be refunded and she said I had to work it out with the guy who filled up. I was in a rush and he bank transferred me only 40 dollars I didn't realise until I got to work. Absolute joke. Don't go to this servo!

Your store says 24hrs on uber eats. My order was cancelled 3 times in 2 days. The 1st I was happy with
the pie I ordered was sold out so I was given 1, /2 price on 2 different pies. Tonight I ordered and was cancelled with no reason given. I rang the store and was abused then hung up on even though I was not rude or angry in any way. Because of time wasted all other options were now closed. I rang store again and asked if any pies could be delivered and was told yes. 30 mins later order cancelled a 2nd time. Never in my life had such terrible customer service and left feeling so upset.

So disappointing that they have no interest in trying to stay safe during Covid. Every time I visit the last few months staff are never wearing masks.

Last week they have people having a meeting in middle of store, possibly owners and United Head Office. All 5 people were not wearing masks and not even one under a chin or in someone's hand.

Twelve months ago I washed my car here. It was so bad, they gave me my money back. Because it is convenient to home, I tried it again. No, just as bad. At least they gave my money back again but it certainly was a waste of time.

United has E 10 that is 95 octane rating, and many cars require 95. Other e10, sellers are less than 95 octane, such as 7.11 it is less than 95.

I had a positive experience at this United branch after they offered competitive fuel as the prices surged. Plenty of pumps and an onsite car wash make this an excellent service station.

The attendant on the day was prompt and efficient.

Maybe one day I'll come here and the staff won't be talking on their phones and basically ignoring everyone. At least the fuel is normally relatively cheap.

Friendly and courteous customer service. E10 discounted petrol. Ample fuel pumps and easy access from fuel pumps and ample area for car parking to do instore shopping. Ample variety of drinks and takeaway. Very similar to a mimi mart. Easy access to and from the main road. Ideally great for Collingwood and Richmond members who get the United Discount fuel card.
