I live in the same street as this pump and 50% of the time they say they’re closed. Completely disappointed almost every single time. Never going back here

Deshka the staff member offered terrible service says she has no tea while there is a whole row of tins and what do you know all we had to do was explain to her how to make a cup of tea just plain lazy fix your game have you seen how many one star reviews you have get it together place is clean and nicely setup all they need is to get some staff who care more then 1% will avoid in future

The staff working last night has no sense of customer service at all. I thought of writing the review since this was the second time with him to deal with his unprofessional attitude.

I have been a loyal customer of the United Petrol Station for years, but I must express my disappointment with the disrespectful behavior of one particular staff member. Despite being a regular customer who lives just 700 meters away, I consistently encounter unprofessionalism and a lack of courtesy during my morning visits. I believe it is important for the owner to address this issue promptly to ensure a better experience for future customers.
I can't understand with all this negative review about you're night shift stuff why you don't do anything about it?

Terrible and rude service.service staff should not talk like that in front of kids.i wish i could give them zero star

$7.50 for a pie, they take out of the warmer and heat them up in the micro-wave.l wouldn't have bought them, if l knew they were going to be micro-waved. Would have been cheaper to buy pies at the supermarket and micro-waved them at home.

Extremely rude guy who's name Anjit I didn't expect that frm United staff, I m a regular customer, I filled the tank and want to pay, the door was locked when I knocked the door he opened the door and said what happened and he was vry aggressive.

All the chocolates are out of date!

Workers are to lazy to care he was more interested in his laptop then the fact that all the candy being out of date, Indian tightsrses!

Went in for fuel, told worker pump number. Asks, is that all 30? I said yes pay wave thanks. He gets the eftpos machine and slams it down on the desk. I go to touch on and before the reader gets a chance to read my card he swipes the machine away and it fails. He then says some thing under his voice and puts it back.
