Fuel was cheap and had no issues. Service was very quick when paying, just the way I like it

Received incredibly rude service here. Attendant was talking on their phone and didn't even pause for a second to acknowledge or say anything to me when I went into pay. I do hope they lose their job soon.

Petrol is or the greatest. But price is normally fairly cheap.

Pieface products are outrageously priced. And quality was poor. I won't buy anything pieface again.

Very disappointed about the service that I got in this morning from the guy who at the counter very rude and unprofessional. I’m a customer who comes regularly I didn’t have any issues with other people.

Are the staff here trained good customer service skills? Genuine question as I haven’t had 1 good experience with staff since it has opened.

Cheapest petrol around (usually). It can get very busy but there's usual plenty of staff ready to serve you, so the line moves quick. Great range of food and basic grocery items available.

Has the second best prices ALWAYS in this area. They are just down the road from APCO which always has the lowest. These guys are normally 1c difference but way less busy and not on a roundabout which is a pain to get back onto after filling up.

This is our go to place fo the best priced petrol! If petrol prices increase go straight to this place and they'll still have low price. The people here understand that if they keep their prices lower compared to other petrol station they'll get the volume of the business. On top of that, the whole station is clean and has food options.

Always find the best fuel prices here. They try not to get into the crazy cycles like the other servos

Attendant while on his phone tryed charging me $2.90 for a bottle of water that was priced at $1.95 after I told him his mistake he changed it to $2.00 all the while on his phone. The state of service these days is appalling.

Stopped to get some fiel and the servo has all the essentials you need. The staff were were friendly and helpful when asking some questions I had.

An easily accessible gas station with reasonable prices and also has a wide selection of snacks and other food. Fuel prices are also competitive which helps in your savings. One extra bonus is the little restaurant and Pie Face within this servo!

Labour day weekend they n other garage just up the road kept their prices down.whilst all other had prices $1.61 to $1.65, so well done. May have had to que but worth it, remember that this weekend coming Easter n school holidays, support the guys who support us,

Always lowest or same prices for fuel when comparing with APCO. Its very easy to drive in and out to the petrol station. Friendly staff.

Great convenient location. The pies are tasty too though it felt like the price was a bit high.

Popped in to pump some gas last Monday around 2pm. One of the most disrespectful people I've ever encountered served me, not even a simple greeting of hi/hello, very blunt way of communication. Asked her to serve me a pie, but there was 2 or 3 people behind me in the line, she proceeds ask me to wait to the side (which I was happy to do), suggesting that she will be with me in a minute. I waited around 10 to 15 mins, just to be attended and served a pie, while she resumed her blunt approach to serving the rest of the people, eyeing me out the corner (did not even acknowledge the fact that I had to waste 15mins while she played around). Refused to provide her name, when I asked her.

A serious tip to the management, please properly train your employees on how to greet and serve customers, or simply fire them. Its just not a pleasant look for a nice petrol store. I will never forget the shame I felt being treated as such by this lady that served me. Please do some appropriate thing to deal with this.

Worst customer service and very rude staff. Really disappointed will never shop here again. I went to united petrol pump corner of Thompsons road and wheelerspark Drive Cranbourne North At 7pm yesterday 13th September 2020. I needed cashout so I asked if i can get a cash-out. Girl on the front counter said yes but you have to buy something but only had $28 and I needed all to pay for food so went back to my car and called my friend to transfer some money and which he did and I went inside and I asked for cash out, staff there refused and said we don’t accept ING bank card so i went in my car and called my friend to transfer in Commonwealth bank card. Which he did and I went inside to get cash out again and this time again same staff refused to give cash out and said their machine wasn’t working. I was surprised how the machine wasn’t working all of the sudden in 5minutes or she was making fool of me all this time. Walked empty handed from the store and saw her laughing at me with her co-worker. Very unprofessional.

So the frustrated thing is this all the shops close earlier on Sunday night and i thought I could get money from gas station but they lied to me at first place and wasted my time and made fun of me
