Was told they had the bolts I needed but were actually out of stock.

But they gave me a spray bottle for free! Which im very happy with.even tho didn't get the bolts walked away with a very nice tool.

Quick and friendly phone support - visited in person and they assisted with haste. My new go to for nuts and bolts.

United Fasteners gets 5 Stars for product and stock but this review is for the counter service this morning. I was the only person in showroom at the time and the young guy was uninterested in me or helping with finding product required.

Great help from Travis today sourcing some oddball fasteners. Prices are great and staff always friendly. Big thanks to Dim also for all his help in the past.
Management should pay these guys well as they are always flat out when I'm there.

I'm a mobile mechanic and last year while I had jobs in Clayton, I went to this place twice and both times I had to wait for at least half an hour to get service. The first time, there was no one there and i stood around like an idiot and then left, The second time, the retailer was talking to his customer about fishing while I was in clear site desperate for service. After I while, I decided to leave and there was no attempt to assist me.
Regardless, as I am a forgiving person, I went there again a couple of weeks ago and surprise, no one was there again. I yelled out and rang bell continuously to no avail! This time I have walked away and never to return! I'd rather go to Economy Bolts in Moorabbin or Dandy Bolts in Dandenong. Its a further drive but at least I know I will be served in a timely manner.

Waited here 10mins for service then had to go out the back to find someone.then they where rude! Never again

I have use United for a few jobs and found them to have good stock and good distribution. But i must say we live in 2018 and for nation wide company with over with 10 distribution hubs to have a such a basic website is pretty Bad. Its really confusing, difficult to navigate and build orders, but the cherry on top is you cant order online. Granted they probably make most of there money from large mining contracts and dont care about the smaller orders, but i feel they are ignoring the needs or small business.

Friendly, efficient service. These guys have a huge warehouse and it's clearly a very serious operation!
