I always choose this place to get my overseas currency before I leave for my trip as I find it’s always the best rate in Melbourne CBD. Order online and pick it up a week later. Very easy to do.

When you’re picking up, give yourself a minimum 30 minutes. You will be waiting in line for at least that amount of time and you’ll be standing outside in the wind so if it’s a cold day, wear something very warm and just chill in the line on your phone while you wait.

Best FX rates in town. Don't go anywhere else. The wait can be long at times. Don't forget to bring ID.

Fantastic service and the best rates in Melbourne. It was easy to find the kiosk and it isn't far from Flinders Station. Meg was very polite and professional and did an amazing job of making the transaction very easy.

Rates and service (once you reach the counter) excellent.
One hour wait in the queue which is similar to previous experiences. I can’t understand why they can’t reconfigure the counter to get another teller in. That would save a lot of people a lot of time and not cost the business any more because of the extra revenue they would surely make.

If you live in the city its ok but the long lines, expensive parking and location make it not worth the hassle if you live in the middle or outer suburbs and are keen on the good rates, if the weather is bad or raining forget it you will get soaked. Staff are good.

Unfortunately they never pickup the phone after trying on 6 separate occasions about my money order. Also don’t get any reply to my emails. Gave a very poor rate for buying TRY

Extremely slow. Once i had waited 45min in the queue, they then told me that theres no IDR available when there was (stated online)
There should be a sign stating what is/isnt available so people arent waiting in the queue for so long then sent to the other branch.

Best exchange rate I’ve received all week in Australia. Much better rate than others close by. Even if it’s an extra walk to reach this place it’s totally worth it.

I’ve been here a couple times and the place has really good rates, and their service was also quick and polite.

Rates not shown. Got in line behind 7 other people with two counters open but they closed one counter while I waited. So only one counter was open with 3 employees behind that counter. At the front after over 20 minutes I read on a small sign that I couldn't exchange any amount of currency without state ID, and I confirmed this with the third employee behind the 'This register is closed sign' and had to walk by the 8 people behind me in line to leave. I walked to nearest currency exchange on Elizabeth St.and received a satisfactory rate in under 1 minute. I do not recommend going here unless you are exchanging large bills and have plenty time to spare

They don't accept Scottish and Irish pound sterling, which is a pain, and also the guy there doesn't know the difference between 'English pounds' and GBP/pound sterling. Foreign currency is your job.
