Excellent service, staff are friendly and go beyond to help me with my medication. The medication I was after is out of stock, so they try to source it for me.

I’ve been going here for at least 5 years. Dr. Jim has been fantastic. If you’re looking for a doctor that actually listens to you, and has a sense of humour, he is the go to Doc. He is always happy to listen and help in anyway possible. I’ve considered him to not only be a doctor to me but a friend.
The girls at the front desk are also just as great. Anna and Suzzie are always kind and helpful.
Thank you for the many years of help and great service.

I had been to two other chemists in search of melatonin gummies for my daughter before visiting this one. To my initial disappointment, the blonde girl at this chemist also informed me they didn't stock them. However, what truly impressed me was her willingness to go the extra mile. She not only pointed out nearby physical stores where I could find them but also suggested online options. She even took the time to show me the various brands available. Exceptional service!

Im assuming an off duty staff member don’t know who. As someone with an allergy to dogs, it disgusts me that she walks right in with her dog on a leash straight to the dispensing area so all the ladies on shift can have have a squeal and pat. SUPER UNHYGIENIC FOR A MEDICAL CHEMIST AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Pull your heads in, definitely wont be returning here. Can also tell other people that walking in on the floor weren’t impressed.

Had a bad experience here earlier today.lady at the counter was extremely rude and made me free extremely belittled when i asked her about a product.she was an elderly lady with a short bob haircut - i believe her name was susie.she had no problem ignoring me and serving another customer who could speak the same language as her.i probably won’t return

The blonde asian girl was very helpful. She single handedly rescued our platoon while we were pinned down within enemy territory. Truly terrific service.

Great service provided late night.forgot her name but she gave me quick medicine for sore tooth! Will definitely go there again

I'm a pharmacist and had signed hundreds of documents to people for free and they refused to sign one document for me today.

Worst service! Yesterday afternoon I been there to one page attested the girl behind the counter rudely said we not attested these form anymore and another lady walking behind that girl laughing on me. Then I been to another pharmacy they attested straight way without any issue.
I used to be the regular customer to that pharmacy but not anymore now.

I have attended this chemist 8 times, seeing it's around the corner to my house.
I am disgusted with the attitude of the employee.
I don't say much just ask for what I've come in to buy and it's all to hard or the ladies behind the counter act like they know more than my GP that I have had and known for over 20 years!
What set me off to write about this Chemist, was last week I went in to buy a nasal spray, which I mentioned to the counter lady the name and said it has a bluey green lid, the young asian pharmacist heard and made herself part of our conversation, and spoke up and said rudely to me and the counter lady you both need to check your eyes it's blue lid; and walked off! The counter lady employee was shocked as I was!

REALLY I THINK SOMEONE NEED THE MANNERS CHECKED!

I just got back from the same pharmacy truly no people skills, I jumped on their site to see if I'm alone on this one and my thoughts, BUT obviously no, I'm not alone.

Will not be returning to this pharmacy again.

I can not thank the staff enough for always going above and beyond for my family. I go to united chemist at least once a week and have never had a bad experience. If there has been a problem they make sure to fix it in a timely manner.

I visit the pharmacy today 23/6 at 4.45 and had a very bad experience, I don’t know the rude girl, because she wasn’t warning her name. (but sorry to say that she was more like an Indian Girl) now my question is to the pharmacy, how can they offer a job to people like that.she have 0 respect and she should not be working in pharmacy, because honestly her place should be in school learning and studying customer service to teach her how to respect others. She ignored me when I ask her why are you laughing at me and walk away.

My message to her is: you should go and learn how to deal with customer.it’s better for u to study customer service and how to respect because clearly you do not have any of these characteristics. You are very very rude and disrespectful person.

I been visiting this pharmacy for over a year and because of her I will never go back and I will also share my bad experience to all my friends and relatives to stop going their as well.

The worst chemist I have been too!
They are not worried about customer service and have their heads where the sun don't shine.

Expensive nearly double on some prescribed medications and now they don’t certify docs. I wish chemist warehouse is here.

Worst service ever! Been there this afternoon to get just one page certify from pharmacist! The lady behind the counter said she is busy please come back after 15 minutes and she is happy to do that for me! I went back after 30mins and there was another gentleman behind the counter and I requested him that I am here to get one page certify? And this guy bluntly refused to do it & mentioned that they don’t even offer documents certification? Guys if you don’t provide any kind of specific service just put a bloody note on the front door so that people don’t waste time coming to you guys!

I've made a few trips to this chemist, and each time I tell myself it will be my last. The service is always just passable but never hopeful. The people could offer more assistance, but they always seem busy.when I'm only 1 of 2 people in the place. Thanks, but I won't return again.

Pharmacists flatly refused to notorise my documents today stating they will not sign anything because we use it to falsify documents like stat decs, um I wanted a security certificate validated as a true copy to upgrade my licence nothing g to do with stat Dec just rude unprofessional and judges people and discriminate people
