Very competitive rates easy access and staff were helpful. Only thing maybe more signage for the larger carparks.

Great place to park all undercover, and prompt courtesy bus to and from airport, where else can you park undercover and take your keys with for 10 days for $150.00

My car was heavily scratched in three areas down one side and there was no interest to investigate it. I wont park here again.

Never have an issue finding a spot to cat and most of the time the shuttle is ready to leave by the time you're down the lift. Have used this car park for many years now and always been very satisfied with the location and service to the airport they provide and very well priced.

Secure, under-cover parking, I have been using this location for more than 15 years, 20+ days per year.but last night it took 40 minutes from the time I called to get picked up, and they were not busy! Skypark had 3 shuttles in the same time, Andrew's had 2 in the same time. Read the other negative reviews and you will see consensus, great parking and location, but wait times are now ridiculous!

I called today to book my shuttled bus at Melbourne Airport 3: 53PM today, where a lady spoke to me on the phone saying she will do the pick up from the airport. Then called again after 15 min where the record was lost and the guy I spoke to said he will put me on the next coming shuttle.
The lady who arrived was rude, did not want to listen to me and left me standing last with my family until in picked up the phone again infront of her and spoke to the carpark operator, where she said then that now she has my name on the list. Then she asked me to put my daughter on a loose booster seat and when I argued that it was not safe, she said I am just making her job harder. Then she drove like a maniac tailgating a poor L plate learner until we arrived to the park.
This is the most unprofessional behaviour I encountered from such an ignorant person and will relay the feedback via reviews and all my clients and staff who would consider using this branch.
The number of the shuttle bus is A04131 at 4: 30PM today, , which I took to report her driving behind the poor L-plate learner.
I hope you will deal with this matter seriously.

United airport parking went above and beyond. I had realised my purse had fallen out of my handbag when I got to the airport, luckily the United Airport shuttle bus hadn’t left yet so the lady quickly drove me back while I looked for my purse after finding it she drove like a formula one driver (within the road rules!) She parked in front of a trolly and told me to run! I had paid for extra baggage and had 2 large suitcases so the trolly was needed. Neither of us thought I would make it but she didn’t give up! I caught my flight, one minute later and not a chance!
I won’t go anywhere else now!

First customers parked my for one week under cover. Great service pick up and drop off time. Easy to find location. Staff are very friendly

What a great place to park, on arrival back we walked straight out of terminal and straight on to a bus. Will use again!

The airport pickup and drop off was easy and seamless. The boom gate would not scan my ticket on exit.
