12 Walked in, ordered a mega beef pie face sausage roll and two tomato sauces.
After repeating my order 4 times due to not being understood by the service station assistant I was then charged for both sauces, when at least one was meant to be free with any pie face order.
When paying I asked for a single pack of ventti papers and put a pack of mints on the register. I was then sold tallyho even though they had ventti right beside them. (I ignored it as I was getting over not being heard) and as I went to leave with all the things in hand, I was then told I had to pay for the mints.
They failed to scan them which I didn't realise until I was leaving the store, I was looked at as if I was stealing them.
Useless staff.
Terrible service when to put petrol untited cranbourne.took the lady about 5mins to walk to were ever she was hiding to behind the counter cause she was talking on her mobile and when i went to pay no hello nothing.why do hire people like this!
Today morning 7, horrible customer service. Cashier asked to pay beforehand saying the car rego does not match the vehicle. WTH.the car is from South Australia, and didn't even consider when I showed from my SA app. And I needed full tank to reach Adelaide. TRAIN YOUR STAFF, NOT EVERYONE IS FROM VICTORIA.
Worst customer service, staff always rude. Forced me to pay inside using the pumps. Just avoid.
Theres this one particular staff that is very slow, no prioritising skill, no customer service and the station is ALWAYS dirty when that staff is on.
Very rude lady. Called to ask an enquiry. She puts down the phone in the middle of me asking a question and then hangs up the phone on me. Lol
Bought 4 mini pies and a regular shepherds pie. They were all well past their use but date. Very dried out inedible!
Straight forward access to pumps (none had run out of fuel). Inside was VERY clean. Staff member appeared friendly who said. "have a good day! " on my leaving, which I thought was nice.
Today at 1705hrs, the console operator behave very bad to a small kid, and he is acting as a boss. Very wired service. Customers paying money not buying anything for free.
I don’t get how that’s possible I have filled my Nissan duals fuel tank with 59.70 litter and I Already had more then approximately 5 litter because haven’t reached on reserve.its 60 litter tank I spoken to customer service he wasn’t sure so made the Vedio and took copy.it’s very fishy never will go back.
They now don't operate 24 hours. Very disappointed. I now have to go elsewhere for fuel and coffee.
I love buying my petrol from here, it's always cheapest prices and the staff are so friendly, they always have a huge smile and greet you like a friend, it's actually really refreshing.
