This was my first time to try a Pie Face pie in my 12 years in Australia. The steak and mushroom one was fanaminal!
Went there on friday and fill up my cars fuel tank. Girl name Arsh who was at station for customer service, she was so rude, no hey no hello, even after paying for fuel she haven't asked that you want receipt or not. Please have some respect and welcoming behaviour with customers
Petrol pump was not working, fuel was expensive and they charged me for someone else’s petrol! Despite being listed on linkt as a place to pay for tolls, the staff were unable to help or provide any advice on where else to go.
PIE Face location is best for me.was available on X-mas day when all other places were closed.

When fuel in the western suburbs is selling under $1.00 a litre and this fuel station is charging $1.55 a litre I can only say someone is being very greedy and does nor deserve my business.

Beef and pork rolls were fantastic. Our pies were really runny, just did not hold it together and one had a long hair in it.
Worst customer service by worker Himel. Did not get notified of surcharge for Amex so once I realised I was being charged a surcharge I asked to pay with VISA but I was still charged the surcharge. Wasn’t even apologetic.

Stay united and remove the annoying window cleaner who likes to wash windows of cars who refuse to be cleaned. He holds up traffic and makes a bad name for kingsway. He needs to be stopped! He likes to be near united's electrical supply

Not helpful at all. Gave them one situation where they could do the right thing or take advantage, they chose to take advantage. Don't trust them. Take your car somewhere else
It would be my third choice of petrol Station if I am too far from Metro (1st choice) or Puma (2nd choice) in terms of price. Plus tuis one is right next door to Hungry Jacks so if you need fuel for your car and body at the same time, this is a good place to go.
I still don't understand how they can raise the petrol price $0.25 in one day just because of a public holiday
