11I have never been so humiliated as I was today accused me of petrol theft because I put air in my tyres prior to paying! I have never had any issues with other United services except this one. I will never come here again! Just disgusting. She said your from Australia you should know!
If I can rate 0 star for the customer service, I would: (every time I asked to purchase a plastic bag, the answered: we did not have any bags today ; (so disappointed with their service!
Friendly service and as a regular local this is the only United service station with the best coffee machine. It makes the best cappuccinos, no way I'm paying $4+ for a barista made coffee that is either too milky or not much froth on top. Perfect soy cappuccino
Hope united teaches there staff some manners, its wednesday morning on 10/03/2021 around 8 am. The staff member at the console is really rude and arrogant. Hope united checks on these kind of people. Disaapointing.

Cheap Fuel but if you want to use Amex, they charge overs. Sometimes Amex will not even go through on their terminal.
I fuel up here once a week. Usually on a Monday or Friday evening. The lady behind the counter is really nice. The fuel keeps my bike going. If you're wanting fuel and a nice lady to take your money, then shop here.
Cheapest fuel in Heathcote and surrounds, also has e85 and e10 fuel.
The Pie Face pies at the United servos are on the expensive side but are really good, try the butter chicken pies, trust me.
Can also get pie/sanga/wrap with drink and chocolate bar or ice-cream deals which are affordable.
They have $1, $2 and $3 coffees also.
We always stop at this United on our way to Melb and back again, the people behind the counter always smiling and helpful.
