I cannot speak highly enough of Unitech, very professional, helpful and punctual, and very reasonably priced. Marco and Stephene went out of their way to help me. I will not hesitate to contact them again, if and when required.

I had problems recently with a much loved Jensen amplified sub-woofer that became faulty. No-one (else) in the service business was very interested and they made it quite clear.

I subsequently received an excellent referral from Audio-Trends who are retailers of quality and high-end audio. (They referred me to Unitech)

I took my woes to Unitech and right from the start they really impressed, being very patient and engaging, even to the point of happily helping me carry the heavy Sub into the store. Marco the manager is a thoroughly decent and friendly chap. He went to considerable lengths in helping me get my obsolete Amp working again. Ultimately (after testing) the fault related to my external home theatre Amp.

Upon collecting the now tested and working Sub, Marco insisted there was no charge whatsoever for the service and diagnosis.

Such a refreshing experience and I appreciate most the time they spent to make sure my needs were addressed to my satisfaction.

I would not hesitate to recommend Unitech and Marco to anyone in need of their skills.

Reliable and fair pricing. After receiving an exorbitant quote from a different company, we contacted Unitech Services and could not be happier with the service provided. Don’t waste your time with other so-called antenna installers. Highly recommended.

Marco and his team are fantastic - they are efficiently, timely and have great communication skills. Marco in particular is personable and very good at his job. If you are looking for an Antenna installation and looking for review to make sure they are good - I am here to confirm that my experience with them has been highly positive. It certainly helps that they are the most price competitive too. Go with them, I did and I am a happy customer.

We engaged this marvelous local company some months ago to install televisions/brackets/sound system and numerous other jumbled cables.
Pat was assigned the job and provided a 6 star service from start to end.
I cant recommend highly enough the company and Pat.

I had another company to fix an antenna issue and they struggled for 4 hours with no success. Marco and Pat resolved the issue in less than 1.5 hours. One he attended the site, it was obvious that he knew what to do to fix the problem. Very professional team, highly recommended!

Thank you Unitech for your prompt, professional and reasonably priced service. All solved within 2 hours. I now have a functioning TV operation throughout our home, not to mention a relieved wife who will be able to watch or record ALL her favourite Television Shows.

If you want someone to dump your new tv on the middle of your floor instead of setting it up then these guys are the place to call. Audio not tested and not working. Now have to follow up with Hisense. I do not recommend.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Unitech goes above and beyond for their customer. I'm very happy with their service and extremely helpful advice!

Unitech visited my home/office to upgrade my systems. Their people are fantastic, knowledgeable, extremely friendly and work uninterrupted until the job is done. I would absolutely recommend this company and will be using them again in the future to upgrade my TV antenna and reception.

I took my small kitchen TV to Unitech for repair under warranty and couldn't be happier with the service I received from Marco - friendly, efficient and quick. Marco also organised installation of an extra antenna point in my townhouse, which proved to be a lengthy job due to its awkward position. I requested a replacement system for our old Valet intercom and rooms stations. Unitech services offered a replacement including video at the front gate, front door station and four bedroom stations. Installation was tricky due to the age of our place but they completed a very professional installation at a very competitive price. I recommend this company if you are looking for a professional company who is customer focussed.
