Great amazing team with massive soft hearts, we need more people like this helping our community remember there is still good out there

They are a very helpful organisation. So far the best in melbourne, very friendly, empathetic and compassionate workers. Now that's rare in Melbourne were welfare organisations put you through a CIA like interrogation and ask you to complete booklets of questionaires for you to fill before they can give you a tooth brush.

Only thing it lacks is a car park As people have got tickets. Parking around the street. Also a special thanks to Jenny a great help to Wife and l through the process. Unison top class!

Never in the office. Never answer the phone. How am I supposed to get assistance this way?

Absolute waste of a place for assistance, attended Yesterday to apply for help but have been knocked back Today.
I was made to fill in a survey/ questionare form to make themselves look good,

If it wasn't for unison, me and my daughters would probably be living on the street. Thank you guys for helping us. Very nice people at unison and very helpful.

Not much help here, they just waste your time with assessment and then tell you they can't help.

Unison is the go to place for those in dire need of assistance with finding emergency accommodation etc. They were unable to help me with my situation but I can say that they tried everything. Their staff are very compassionate and caring. Don't hesitate to ask them for help.
