Wes & Susan at Unirack were very helpful, kind and accomodating. They helped me figure out which racking would be best suited for the purpose and location. They helped come out and have a look at the uneven flooring so we could troubleshoot and get the correct racks installed. Overall very happy with the installation and final product. They are sturdy and very functional.

We have purchased Longspan shelving twice now from Unirack. We love this shelving system, it is a breeze to set up yourselves or having the team come into install is also great too. Hayden and team are friendly, polite and provide great advice on sizing and installation. Highly recommended.

Recently purchased lifting tabel DL134-6-16w-p3
purely because they advertise it can reach 1500mm height and that's what I needed for a once off job.
Upon receipt the unit only does 1300mm.
Totally disappointed. Reached out to the office and was told will get back to you not once but two times and still found myself chasing to finally be told yes its 1300mm.what you want to do.
Today their website still falsely advertises the same height.

I could not believe that we received the item ordered late on 1 February by mid afternoon on 2nd February. Whilst I received an email saying the item would be dispatched on 2nd February I fully anticipated receiving it on 3rd February and was pleasantly surprised to see it on my doorstep on 2nd February. Absolutely awesome service.

I found that nothing was ever a problem for Wes and the team. Their service was excellent.
Hayden and Stevo in the warehouse assisted with loading our purchase onto the vehicle and took extra care to wrap the wooden boards in plastic on a rainy day.
Whilst some of the boards were on back order Susan keep me informed and followed up promptly with ETAs.
I would recommend Unirack to others.
