The communication was fantastic till the payment was made and the door was installed.
Points - 5/5

Once the door was installed, the communication was getting worst.
Points - 3/5

Had issues with the opening of the door.
The team at Unique doors were not ready to listen to me as a customer. In the whole process, I had never mentioned to them that the door was faulty.
The team and even the Managing Director who did make a visit to the property to see the issue, just kept on repeating one thing that his door was not faulty.
I had never mentioned to anyone that the door was faulty.
The reason to write this is, as A customer I would request that there be transparent communication and guidance with ease.
I have got the work appointed to someone else and getting the issue resolved.
Good lesson learnt.

My Advise would be,
Communication between the Builder and Unique Door Team.
One point of contact at Unique doors.
Not find faults in the job done either by the builder, carpenter, plaster person.
The doors are not cheap, so be careful in what you are committing to.

UWI recently designed and installed a wrought iron fence sitting on top of a low stone fence complete with two matching gates.
We had our reservations on anyone being able to produce EXACTLY as we wanted, but the owner of UWI, had complete confidence in his company producing what we wanted.
UWI was the only company willing to quote and do the job, despite the presence of the dreaded COVID virus and the resulting problems with delivery and material supply.
Shelly from UWI, reassured us that from what she has seen UWI produce over the years, our reservations were quite unfounded and that they had worked around the COVID problem
Based on what Shelly told us, we decided to give UWI the work.
The quoted twelve weeks passed by quickly and i received a call to book a date for the installation.
The installation crew that came with the fence discussed a slight modification required to the fence, to allow the installation to proceed, unhindered. Eleven hours later, a very proud crew, revealed a simply beautiful and impressive instillation that completed this unique 1952 house, here in lovely Mornington.
We are very grateful to UWI and will gladly give a reference to anyone considering using Unique Wrought Iron's services.

Though I was happy with the quality of the product that I received, I was overall very disappointed with the lack of communication and understanding from their Sales Designer Consultant. I personally had to be the one to chase up on updates on the process of my order and despite having transferred the remaining amount for my order, I had to be the one to call up and organise the installation. There was very little sympathy and nothing close to an apology despite there being a constant delay in my order. I understand that the current pandemic has made things difficult with materials and what not but a little bit of compassion and showing genuine understanding for the frustration from a customer's point of view can go a long way. I hope this feedback will improve their service for future customers.

Fantastic professional Company, we have now purchased our second beautiful security door, the design and installation again went as per schedule. The installers did a most fantastic job, some of the best tradesmen i have seen. Not only is this door for security but has also put a class value on the property. Go and check out their showroom, a great group of people.
