I made the unfortunate choice to send my son to this practice and have found it to be extremely unprofessional and damaging. This practice prioritises billing patients over actually servicing them, overcharges for services, and unreasonably delays sending invoices to NDIS. Unique U does not value or appreciate the vulnerability of their patients, nor your confidential information.
My son's mental health has plummeted after experiencing the 'help' provided by the inexperienced clinicians at this practice. Please do not send your loved ones to this clinic when there are far more qualified and professional mental health clinicians around.

My experience has been nothing but unprofessional with this practice; a practice without care for the vulnerability of the patient. It is the same story of a team of professionals taking advantage of people's barriers by overcharging for services, delayed important work such as NDIS reports, and caring more for billing invoices than caring for the patient's needs. As a result, there have been over the years a lot of staff turnover at Unique U; so, expect the patient (your loved one) to have more than several clinicians over a span of 360 days. It is a very frustrating practice to be a part of for this reason. You will likely be tossed around between a plethora of doctors, with little to no progress or advancement made by the patient. It becomes a simple question: why attend Unique U when there are so many other qualified clinicians in Melbourne?
