Dr Sam, 4 40 appointment he rocks up at 5 10 and then rushes the entire appointment. Receptionist books in wrong type of appointment twice and now I'm rushed. If results or contaminated, or received no courtesy call at all. I've wasted so much of my time waiting just to hear Dr Sams condesending responses. So rude, just want to push you out the door
I cannot recommend Unique Medical more highly. The Doctors are wonderful, the Nurse and the administrative team are all absolutely wonderful. They have been my care provider for years and my daughter's for her whole life. An absolutely fantastic medical centre.
Never had a bad experience here. The nurses and receptionists are wonderful. The doctors are really good to talk to and it's a pretty comfortable atmosphere.
Amazing place! After getting my pfizer jab the nurse was so lovely and gentle.

Great experience from the moment i walked in to the moment i walked out. The receptionist was great and provided excellent customer service. Nurse Flick was just extraordinary, she helped me with 2nd dose of covid and she was so professional and good at what she does. 5 star clinic
I have been going to Unique Medical Centre for at least 2 years now. Had not been for 8 months now. TODAY WAS MY LAST, NEVER TO RETURN!
The only thing good about this Medical Practice was the Convenience for a shift worker, a few Receptionist and nurse staff.
They're not very thorough with their testing or when seeking the right diagnosis. My new gp in Sydney was so confused when I started seeing them, as to why my personal prior medical issues I had, was not been addressed from when I lived in Melbourne and why it was not properly tested and diagnosed to this day by my GP. Unique Medical Centre were certainly quick to see the next person. (Business became first, not patient).
This a warning to the Community of Cranbourne, as to why you should reconsider going to another gp medical practice in Cranbourne.
I will share our experience we went through today with you, where business came first before the patient.
Me and my partner are currently in Melbourne due to unforeseen circumstances.
My partner has been ill for the last 2 days, he had started to feel sick yesterday and by today he had the chills and was quite warm. So we booked and attended Unique Medical Centre today for our appointments. The receptionist did not take our temperatures at the front door or desk as they normally would. We were not even told prior by the online booking system of receptionist to wait in the car.
The head GP came out and told us to wait in our car to do a covid test. By the time the GP came out to our car, he started furiously yelling and swearing at me for bringing my partner who had a fever of 39.7 into the clinic, which was unknown to me as my partner didn't have any visual signs of a fever. My partner just felt cold. The GP refused to give us any medical advice or treatment until the covid test he gave us came back negative, which would come the day after. The only thing he said was "Wait at home until you get your results". He did not prescribe, treat or refer us to a hospital! Ok everyone I get it, let's be Covid Safe, so they say, but this is where business came first and not the patient.
What I did not understand is that,
We drove back home after and got advice on treatment and meds from our local pharmacist. We got given the right meds and my partner had plenty of rest. His temperature dropped back down to 36.9 and was already starting to feel better. Only thing left wrong was a crook stomach and an achy body. However his temperature rose back up in a fury of rage, going past 40! Immediately we drove straight to the emergency department of Frankston Hospital.
The hospital staff at Frankston Hospital were quite confused and astonishingly angered as to why the head GP of Unique Medical Centre did not provide any further advice, assistance, or refer him to the hospital immediately. But all we got was stay at home until you get your covid test results, come back tomorrow which we still have not received. And now the love of my life is in hospital seeking treatment.
This might just be a case of gastro, or some other form of diagnosis and not so much covid related. However As I write this review within the past 7 hours, he's being properly examined by the hospital and they are considering whether to administer him to the ICU or not. At least they are providing proper medical treatment and care he should have received by the head GP at Unique Medical Centre in Cranbourne. Which he failed to do. I am furious about this and will be reporting this to the relevant authorities regarding this matter.
If you still wish to go-to Unique Medical Centre in Cranbourne that is your choice, But do yourself a massive favour folks and consider going somewhere else, so many better local GP practices close by. Don't put yourself or loved one through this prediciment we are currently going through.

Very friendly staff, both at the front desk and the nurse who administered my vaccine. Clean and calm environment, would recommend.
Very friendly and professional staff. The receptionist was super helpful with all my queries and the nurse who did my covid jab was so warm making my nerves for needles disappear.
Have been going to Unique Medical since it opened. Both my husband and I travel from Frankston to go there. Would highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Dulari was great. She made me feel very comfortable and was very thorough. She explained things with detail and asked if I had any questions.

Was a Great place. Went downhill. Dr Dulari Heenwella was my Doctor and she was good, then refused to see me after I told her I was thinking of sueing a nurse who gave me permanent nerve damage. I was passed on to Dr Sam. Omg he is the worst, most clueless n slowest most incompetent Doctor Ive ever seen
(And I've seen hundreds). He was suppose to refer me to nerve specialist. Was waiting on this for months just to find out he didn't do it! He wasted so much of my time. He'd always tell me to come back next time to do things coz he's so slow. He stuffed up a letter I asked him to write n when I finally got frustrated as it was so important I was thrown out of the surgery. Terrible treatment.

Excellent Service received from Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist Dulan kodikara and the staff at Unique Medical Centre. No hesitation in recommending this great Physio to anyone looking forward to this service.
We went to Unique Medical for our COVID-19 jabs. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We waited less than 2 minutes before being seen Would definitely recommend this clinic. Go get your jabs everyone and let’s get back to normal
My girlfriend visited this clinic and saw Dr Dulari Heenwella. She came out of the appointment crying. The doctor was very rude to her, speaking to her in a condescending tone. She made my girlfriend feel uncomfortable and not cared for. I find it disgusting that people like this can have such high paying jobs and claim to look out for the wellbeing of others and then treat them like this. It seems like doctors are in this industry for the wrong reasons and things need to change!
Dulan was extremely professional and knowledgeable of what he was doing and I felt I was in safe hands at my initial session. He was very receptive and took extra time in order to collect clear details of my 4 years of spinal injury, finally produced a concrete plan based on the complexity of my ongoing spinal cord issues and it's associated weaknesses. I highly recommend Dulan without a second thought.
