Unique Exhausts

Our 1970 Valiant needed a new muffler. Went to three local shops and all said "can't help you" or who quoted a ridiculous price. Luckily at one, a bloke recommended Kev at Unique Exhausts. Well, my faith in great customer service has been restored! Kev knew exactly what the old Val needed, and did a top job for a good price. Thanks, Kev and team!

Had to take it back 11 times and then just had to settle with the exhaust being terrible, muffler has split several times in several spots. Now having to get a new one made elsewhere

Called up around 10: 20 spoke to the young bloke asked look seeing if I can get a exhaust done on my vx commodore he said yep done no worries bring her down and will see what you want done so bring her down and mate couldt have ask for better service and aswell better worker to explain what needs to be done great job guys love the work specially bloke that work today linsie good on ya mate.

Booked in for an exhaust mod, was done quickly, neatly and professionally. Best of all it was also done under budget Additional bonus is the friendliest dog in Melbourne does the meet and greet in the office foyer. I would definitely go back here for any future exhaust requirements.

Exhaust was fitted too close to LPG tank and improperly placed heat shield, resulting in RWC fail. Had to fix it myself

Useless, don't waste your money. Had a rear section of exhaust made, they cut part of the panhard bar mount and it still hits when driving. Would not recommend to anyone.
Edit - returned to get the exhaust fixed. They used a gas torch to heat and make the exhaust clear where it hit. Now it hits on the back valance panel instead (if you can wobble the exhaust by hand and make it hit, it will do it while you drive). Also, had to clean burnt and flaking paint off from the gas torch work and repaint the area to prevent rusting where the heating was done. Still one star, I'm not going back a third time.

Ripped me off. Tried to charge me $530 for a short rear section and hot dog. Talked them down to $460 and the work they did wasn't even worth it, average welds for someone with decades of experience. The main guy has been fired anyway so I can't see any reason you would want to go given the owner and bloke who overcharges remains

Great business and extremely friendly and helpful staff and no fuss to get your exhaust fixed or replaced. I had bad leaking exhaust just after the turbo and looked to be a big $ problem but was repaired by the Guru Doug and got car back in just over a day and I couldn't be happier. Cost was fair for work undertaken and less than I was anticipating. Highly recommend Unique Exhaust for all your exhaust requirements
