Unique Diamonds went out of their way to design and redesign the ring to ensure that every detail was correct. The craftsmanship of the final product was excellent.

I dealt with Mel in Melbourne and I can’t recommend their store highly enough. I am not that well versed in the world of diamonds but Mel was patient, broke it down and explained the whole process from start to finish for me. I changed a few things with the CAD drawings (of the ring) and requested quite a quick turn around on delivery of the ring, needless to say nothing was an issue for Mel and the team in the Melbourne store. They were very accommodating and even talked me through insuring the ring and provided everything for doing so in one neat package. If you’re like me and don’t have much of an idea about this world. The team were really accomodating and nurtured me through the process. To top it all off, she said yes and loves the ring! Thank you Mel and the team.

I have ordered two rings from here, one of them being a wedding band that another company had said was too hard to create. From day 1, the communication was fantastic, respectful and very engaging. They are really good at ensuring that the design is what you want and do not take offence if you want to change things around. Such a good quality and would definitely return again.
Special mention to Rose who I did the communication with, she was fantastic at listening to my needs.
Such a great turnaround time and communication was always open and quick.
