Called Roy one hour prior to pre-agreed inspection just to make sure the car is still available. Arrived with my mechanics on time. Roy ignored me and talked directly to my mechanics in instead. Wow.
Mechanics inspection is usually not allowed without deposit.
Price is non negotiable and has been non negotiable for 15 years.
Test drive is not allowed unless you’re happy with everything with the car and happy with the price.

These guys sold me a car knowing that cylinders were cooked I took it in for a service check and my mechanic telling me all these problems I haven't even had the car for a year yet.these guys are disgusting.they even lied saying the car was in the workshop getting checked before I could pick it up.but really they were waiting for my finance to put the money in there account until they saw it in there account then they call me to pick it up.the day I picked it up and drove it home the engine light was showing up and I live in Epping I call them up the next day to tell them they were like drive it back. Never buy any of there used cars or test drive before you do.bloody rip off barsted.i will never be buying another car in the future with these leeches.

Josh is absolutely useless with non-existing customer service skills. Will never deal with Unique Cars and Finance again.

I came here to find a car in a limited budget. The owner Ness was so friendly and helpful. He is very professional and responds quickly to your message even at night. I couldn't find a proper one this time after a drive test, and my deposit was refunded right away. I definitely will come back here when I find a proper one.
(I saw some 1 star reviews and couldn't know why. Maybe fake reviews from some competitors?)

Had a bit of a look around the yard but no one acknowledged us or came out to assist so we left.

Visited recently and found them to be extremely friendly and helpful. In no way pushy, and happy to assist us in finding something that was right for us. Whilst we didn't find the car we were after this time, I would definitely visit again when looking for another vehicle. Wonderful dealership, and fantastic customer service.

Great service, purchased a 2005 Subaru forester purchased from Ness, was immaculate in and out and provided a professional and friendly service and went the extra mile. Operates with integrity and would recommend dealing with.

Vehicle I was looking at was advertised as ready to drive away, roadworthy done an can be transferred into your name instantly.
Was not the case when I got there, out of rego, roadworthy lapsed. Salesman also said having to pay for rego an roadworthy again was going to add to the advertised price of the vehicle.there's plenty of good car yards out there, this wasn't one of them

After Looking around for a while went back to Unique Cars I've just purchased my next car with them bought one on the same day!
