Unique Alterations Craigieburn

This man is a crook, got my daughter's engagement dress cleaned and when we received it there where still marks on it. He said he wouldn't charge me to get them out again for then me to go back and be charged again! Obviously he wouldn't give me the dress until I paid. As I always went there for my alterations I will NEVER take my business there. He was rude and if I can give - stars I would. How people can have the audacity to rob customers that way is disgraceful

Transformed my short dress I purchased and arrived late, into a long elegant style as I requested. All done in a short 4 hours. Dropped off on Friday 23rd sept at 6pm and picked up at 1pm sat next day.
All done perfectly. It made my night. I was scared it wasn't possible but it was.
I supplied the tulle. Thankyouuuuuu

If I could give no stars I would! The worst alterations place I have been to. They f*ked up my bridesmaid dresses and then they f*ked up my skirt. I asked them to take it in from the back because my hips are bigger than my waist and they took it in from the sides! My skirt didn’t even fit!

Don’t ever take your stuff there! Trust me I found out the hard way! Ridiculous and unprofessional!

Recently had my suit altered here for my wedding and could not be happier about their work. They provided their own suggestions too and it fit perfectly for the big day, especially having to move around a lot. I would highly recommend coming here.

4 days waiting for 1 jacket dry clean, press and a little liner stitching.
Then nothing was done the stupid owner totally forgot about it.

Worst place ever! Drying cleaning suppose to be ready by Friday, mid day Saturday still not ready cliaming there was a stain, but the dress was brand new?

Great service and great care taken to protect the buttons on my jacket as the alterations were carried out. I really appreciated the same day service.
