UNIQLO Docklands reviews
33Visited this amazing store and was blown away by the incredible variety it offers! The selection is top-notch, providing plenty of options to cater to different tastes. The staff is incredibly friendly, making the whole shopping experience enjoyable. Can't recommend it enough!
I've shopped at UNIQLO a few times and the clothes are high quality and the service was great.
Great selection of high quality clothing at an affordable price. Plenty of colours and sizes to choose from!
I think this place has poor service and treats people like thieves. I went here last Thursday to buy two pairs of baby pants. At checkout I didn't ask for a bag and packed my own bag. When I went out, The stuff wanted to see my bag. There were not many customers in the store that day and the stuffs were not busy. If you observe me a little carefully, you will not treat me as a thief and check my bag. Really very unpleasant and never going back.
Quality clothing in great price.
However, had such a bad experience today (18/02/2023) at the counter with the man in teller, 'Danny' who was very rude. We had $5 bday coupon to add in our purchase but he literally screamed at us. I was trying to make sense of such behavior but it wasn't even busy at all. Very disappointing.
This is the store to visit. They always have stock and the staff are supper plesent. Well done. And of course the Uniqlo great range of clothes.
LOVE LOVE LOVE their graphic t-shirts. I have a serious problem with owning way too many graphic tees but I still bought 5 there. Very very cool. The staff are nice and helpful and the pricing is reasonable for good quality fabric. Lots of variety and sizes as well.
This is the worst place ever. We can't return our stuff. Only if we buy something else. Worst out the worst
Do not go here! I had the worst customer service. I tried to return a top due to manufacturing fault and the manager called Ryan was extremely impolite and trying to say it was my fault. I would have understood but he was so rude that I refuse to give my money to that store anymore. Avoid this store if you don’t want to be treated like a human being!
I had an amazing experience the customer service are superb, gentle, helpful that I will keep coming back. The treated me so kindly.
Thank you to all.x
So much better than the Emporium store. Yes, it's smaller but there's an advantage to having everything on the same level. No needing to go up and down to find what you're looking for. More staff per customer, no queues to change rooms and just a calmer shopping experience compared to the city store which is just hectic!
Easy to shop around, probably not much staff around the shop but was easy to locate what I needed
I love this shop. We usually park at Costco or over the road at Market Lane (Woolies). Service is always great and a huge range of products. Great value and VERY comfy clothes.
Bag checking at the door when a customer leaves makes everyone feel like a criminal. Completely pointless policy. If you suspect someone of stealing, monitor them with cameras. Don't punish everyone.
Friendly, welcoming staff. Many items discounted and on sale - very reasonable pricing for quality clothing. The heattech range is fantastic.
Where is the Uniqlo standard? No more welcome to Uniqlo? Hard to find staff when a help needed. The fitting room service was unacceptable. I remember the staff should take over clothes from you, guild you to the fitting room, introduce staff name and close the curtain by two hands. What my experience was, staff was using the phone, asked me how many items I had, giving me the tag and told me going to the number of room. She was super lazy to move herself. While in the fitting room, I heard she told another customer to another room rumble but that man could not get it. She said a few time of the room number instead of bring him to the room. Such an easy job for her. Is it no more training at Uniqlo Australian? So disappointed!
Really bad service as the staff members would just walk past me and not make eye contact even when I ask for assistance they just lifted their heads up and walk away.
Really wanted to like this store but more importantly, spend at this store but my visit lasted less than 10 mins. Firstly it’s only one floor so your women’s, men’s and kid’s section are all bundled in one space. Huge disadvantage when compared to say the Emporium (3 levels) or Chadstone store (2 levels).
Second point was the summer shirts I was looking for was not available here. I ended up going to both Emporium and Chadstone later in the day and found what I was looking for; more offerings and more sizes.
This is not a knock against Uniqlo itself, but the store. If you’re in the area, you are much better off going to Uniqlo Emporium or even Highpoint.
So good that this store is open at Docklands! It's pram-friendly, staff are pretty helpful, and every time I come to this store, I always find some good bargains that I don't find in other Uniqlo stores.
Went to Uniqlo as they are the only place I know that sells the underwear I use, Airism is the brand, first bought this brand while overseas in 2017, perfect, comfortable and dry in no time, wouldn't wear anything else. As for the shop and staff, just great. Cheers Ken
