UNIQLO reviews
38I found that on Boxing day there were hardy any sales going on.in top of that in my opinion this store has half of tlwhat a canadian store holds in terms of variety
Nonsense. Went in to return a item that I no longer wanted (tag still on, not used), the girl kept saying I have no receipt when receipt is online on their Uniqlo app - that is a receipt. So I waited for while for Manager to be informed that they will not accept the return as it is outside their return policy of 30 days. Not a happy customer and will re-consider shopping here during winter when I buy Uniqlo clothing.
They are only set up for Asians and small people.very few options in the XL and 2Xl ranges.
The store manager, Chloe, is the worst person ever.rude unapproachable and disrespectful.fire her!
Good clothes! Great workmanship. Whatever factory you use to produce uniqlo clothes, give them a raise!
Once again another outstanding shopping experience - thank you Ruri!
Amazing service - efficient and super friendly - A+ again
This store is amazing. Huge. It also had stock that Brisbane city store and Chermside did not have. Was in search of a Keith Haring bag, and they had all styles. Definitely worth a visit.
A must for us whenever we visit GoldCoast, everything is nice the jackets
And thermals pants
U will enjoy shopping there IF UR A SHOPPAHOLIC
Worst quality clothes and a company that doesn't stand behind the cheap junk they sell, don't bother! Bought $250 dollars worth of clothes here a few months back including two simple black t-shirts. Wore one of these t-shirts once and washed it once and all the stitching unravelled from the bottom. Tried exchanging it for a new one and they said no because it was past 30 days and it had been worn and washed. Clearly faulty workmanship here and they are just were not willing to stand behind their products, what a joke! I've owned t-shirts for literally 5-10 years that have been washed countless times and never lost a single thread. I thought a Japanese company could do better than this.what a disappointment. Never again will I waste any money on that junk!
Spacious Uniqlo shop spreading over 2 floors. Clear layout and easy self check out facility.
Shop is big and easy to browsing.
Sraff were very friendly and kind.
I would like to come back again.
According to QLD law, the shop must display a sign on every entry point, stating that, it is a condition of entry, for staff to be allowed to ask customers to have their personal bags inspected. Even after pointing this out to a supervisor, your employee continued to ask people to have their personal bags checked, to the imbarassment of everyone concerned.
A blunt display of arrogance.
Large sized Uniqlo store that expands over 2 levels. Loads of stock and staff are friendly. The self serve checkouts are great too.
I am a huge fan of Uniqlo for its well made stylish, yet minimalistic garments at accessible price points. However this store felt confusing to shop. And a staff member implied that my friend and I were thieves. Here's my review:
This was my first time visiting the pac fair store as I usually visit the Brisbane CBD store.
I shopped on the men's floor. The first thing I noticed was the awkward layout. The floor plan didn't feel intuitive. I spent a lot of time trying to hunt down what I wanted. Whereas in Brisbane CBD, the floor plan is extremely fluid and intuitive. When I would circle back to revisit some clothes, I would remember everything precisely from the first moment; but at Pac Fair, I found myself constantly walking in circles several times to find what I needed. There are many types of basic T-shirts i like to shop, but the merchandising at Pac Fair made the experience confusing and frustrating compared to Brisbane CBD, who I find to be much more organised.
I shopped here with my friend. A bit of context, we're covered in tattoos/piercings, wear dark clothes, and he carries a skateboard. The staff member at the change room was lovely when she assisted us.
However, after we left the change room she approached us with shredded packaging of a stolen undergarment and asked us if we had done it. The conversation ended when we said no and she walked away, but the implication that we were stealing completely soured my already dreadful shopping experience. That immediately put me off and I made my friend leave with me. We had spent about $300 total, which couldve been more if she had not assumed we were stealing.
The funny thing was that we're pretty big, and we were trying on XL sized clothing. The stolen shirt was a size small. At least she thought I was skinny I guess.
Thanks for having me, you can find my money at your Brisbane CBD shop from now on.
Dana is a Gem!
Super polite and professional team, awesome products.
Reasonable price.
Thank you Dana for being very helpful
While this clothing chain has some other options most of the items appear to be manufactured in China
Went to the store for pick up online purchased items. The staff was very nice and it only take 2mins to get it.
I also got few lovely new items from the store. A wide range of varieties of clothes are there.
If you want to try pans they will refuse you to try the pans you want. They can only let you try the same one that they give to all the customers. Only go there if you want to share your bacterias. If you say to them you don't feel comfortable about it.they will say to you "Ciao".
Loved Uniqlo for years. Never again
Worst store ever. Voucher says clearly I can save 5 dollars with minimum 2dollars purchase. Sales just keep saying unfortunately, there is nothing they can do, same thing happened twice. Not even trying to explain why! I mean why?
Uniqlo is go to. They tend to have items that aren't on sale online. So worth coming in store imo.
