72Love uniqlo usually but my recent experience was questionable. I wanted to use my coupon thats claimable for over 50$ purchases. Went to the counter and the staff told me to scan my coupon under the tablet which i did. Regrettably i still tapped my phone and paid the moment the total popped up, and when asked if the coupon was even applied, they just told me to come back next time and try again. What was the whole point of making me scan to apply the discount? Shouldnt the staff check if it went through before showing the cost? It was my fault for not checking the price before tapping but man, its not like i’ll drop 50$ casually all the time, just wish there was some proper communication there
Ridiculous Uniqlo does not allow return or refund from online purchases. Won’t be buying anymore from it.
I just had great customer service at Uniglo Lonsdale St. Kevin went over and above to help me find the sweater size that I needed. He checked storerooms and made a real effort despite being busy plus he was friendly and professional while doing this. I was impressed. Thanks Kevin and Uniglo!
I came for a jacket that showed on the Uniqlo Emporium website as being on sale and in stock. I was told in store that all the sale jackets had already been sent back. I showed the assistants the website and they didn’t seem surprised. I ended up paying full price for an almost identical one. If something is advertised as in stock, please make sure it is.

You guys NEVER have sizes. Online is the same. Something seriously wrong with merchandising and allocation department for sure. Need to do better job at forecasting demand. Good luck
Thank you to Ginny at Uniqlo Emporium for helping my transitioning sibling to feel comfortable with trying dresses on. She was kind and accepting and made adjustment to provide a safe space for my sibling. I would recommend anyone in the LGBTQIA+ community to come here and request help from Ginny. Arrogant employees who do not appear to understand the customer, but talk down on them in a derogatory manner. Was served in particular by middle aged man with American accent. Not good experience for global fashion chain.
My favorite clothing chain store when visiting Melbourne. Plenty of clothes in smaller sizes too which fit without having to alter. Clothes are good quality and reasonably priced.
Doesn't disappoint. Great products as usual. You just need to get used to the different levels where items are but other than that all good.
Great range of clothing. Good ethical option for fast fashion. Love their 100% cotton items. Good to see they're taking COVID seriously. Stupid silly busy on the weekends, but the checkout process is super easy.
Disoganised. Went there to return the product. After queuing, I was told to run upstairs and they will get someone to assist me. Went there, no one at the counter and finally told me to go back as the can't do the refund. Heading my way back down and have to queue up again and waste more time. So what is the point to send your customer run around. The fact is not even a word of apology. Disappointed.
Amazing customer service, had the pleasure of dealing with Leah the store manager, she was accommodating, patient and amazing! Cant recommend her enough, if possible I would have given her 6 stars! Thank you for the amazing service, much appreciated!
Amazing quality with great prices even without deals. Definitely recommend going by especially with winter just starting.

Since when did you have a bag check policy? Why don’t you just install machine scanners at the door? Such an annoying and time-consuming policy. I have never encountered such a ridiculous policy at any Uniqlo store in Japan!
I can shop here and the clothes fit me straight off the rack. Perfect fit every time. Staff are friendly and quick to help. Also more styles here than in my local store.
I love the fancy new self serve checkouts! Once the process was explained it was highly efficient- so Uniqlo! In terms of the Jil Sander range, I found all the pieces I was looking for (and more).
Herd you in like cattle, this store only has one exit downstairs, too bad if your physically impaired, have a pram or just don't want to walk through their nest. Shameful management
Love Uniqlo, they have a great range of mens and womens clothes and the quality is great. From every day useful items to quirky, really, who would wear that.there is something for everyone and very well priced. Its an experience to go visit, plus staff are great, fun and friendly to chat too:)
