Awful Nurse! My mother went to get her blood test, wasn’t even welcomed with respect. The lady spoke to my mother like she was dumb. She was rude and disrespectful.

I am existing patient of union medical centre. Last week I got a prescription to get my hep b injection.i paid $70 for consultation but unfortunately I didn’t get injection same day.today I got injection and I went to union medical centre.there is a little girl sitting on a reception.i told her i came here to get vaccine. I explained her that I already pay consultation she checks in the system but that day I didn’t get injection so I got today and came to get vaccine.she told me to go to the back there is nurse gave u vaccine.after getting vaccinated done they call me to the reception there is another lady sitting on reception and she says me u need to pay $30.i said but I already pay consultation fee and doctor told me came back and get a vaccine but I don’t get injection same day because it is not in stock but they are arguing with me.i feel insulated in front of patients I pay $30 for a vaccine shot which I already paid $70 before to get a prescription from a doctor.such a bad place to visit.i never visited here again.staff does not respect you.

How did dr sarita even get her doctor license. Poor service, very rude not sure if she’s hating her job as a doctor, but she shouldn’t be one with that kind of attitude. Should go back to kindergarten and learn some BASIC manners, 2 year old kid have better manner/attitude. Fake 5 star review

This one is big shout out to Dr Sarita for helping me to put through to a specialist for my feet
I had stubborn flat feet pain issues over the years which when casually discussed with Dr sarita, she exactly knew what I was talking about and referred me to the specialist
And mind you it’s not that I didn’t consult other doctors and podiatrist over the years
Eventually got it fixed and I am enjoying life even more

Sarita needs to get fired, she has bi polar disorder. She has no heart or compassion. Prescribes any drug so she can make money and drive around in her Mercedes. She is a “doctor” to milk the systems and doesn’t care about the work.

It's a lousy and slow Medical clinic for walk in appointment. They say on phone come quickly but when you reached there Receptionist always put you behind on schedule. Very frustrating, long waiting and slow service

Bad nurse I ever met. I went here 2 times to do a blood test. Every time I come the nurse look grumpy and without greeting. In the picture is how she did it to me without carefully and gentle. I got a scar from needle that she did and even worse she left a bruise. I done a lot of blood test, I never have a scar from a needle like this and this contused before.
The reason why I come here because it’s open earlier than other clinic. I am not gonna come back again. So poor service!

I have been to Dr Sarita for 3 times, 2 times for me and once with my mother. All 3 occasions, I found her to be very precise. She did all the relevant investigations and gave advice that would help long term rather than short term solution. I think she talks to the point rather than scaring or confusing the patient. Also the reception tries their best to help out, when an appointment is needed. In these times where there are staff issues, I find that they give their best to accommodate people in need. Physiotherapy Nirav and Andrew the nurse are great too. Thank you.

Most rude GP I've comd across is Dr Sarita. She never explains thimgs properly and is always in a rush. Highly unprofessional with the little ones too!

Worst medical centre in whole melbourne dr.sarita is very very rude she dont know how to talk the patients uneducated lady unproffesional

My mum was mismanaged and neglected by Dr Sarita. My mum was in palliative care, and when we asked Sarita about resources her response was ‘it’s not my job. ’ She prescribed my mum a patch for pain and the strength was too strong resulting in my mum being rushed into ED a few days before her passing. My family applied for a CAPs payment, Sarita filled out the paperwork incorrectly and it was rejected. After my mum passed Sarita misspelt my mums middle name resulting in a delay on my mums death certificate. If you are currently seeing this GP I would highly recommend looking elsewhere to someone who actually cares about your health and well-being.

The worst medical centre in whole Melbourne; dr sarita is so rude, very Unprofessional, uncivilised, uneducated and always in hurry to let you go. I feel she has no knowledge at all and very unprofessional, treats patients in rude way.l would say, reception staff are unskilled too. They give different appointment times to us and when u go there they show you different timings, this happened with me twice.
This is my feedback not from one appointment but from few appointments and every time I was disappointed.

Warning: Please do not take your children or send elderly for pathology sample collections to 'Diana' from clinical labs. She is the most unprofessional, un ethical and rude
person I have ever seen in this profession.
Yesterday, my daughters have got their bloods done there. I told her that my daughter is uncomfortable with needles please use the small needle or preferably butterfly. She just jumped on me very rudely and asked me to explain her the difference between the two first first. I let it go, afet that She was so rude during the whole procedure and poked needle very badly in my daughter s arm, her arm got badly bruised. She got so traumatised that she end up crying in the car for the next half an hour and end up missing school today due to her sore arm.
I can now see so many comments about her. What the management of this centre or even Clinical Labs are doing.
She is breaching so many guidelines and policies and getting away with it.
She did the procedures with door open, where is the policy of confidentiality. I heard all the details of patient ahead of my daughter. She was an elderly lady, Diana almost screamed at her when she asked her to expkain abt urine sample.
Please do something about her, she clearly need to be kicked out of this profession, highly unacceptable behaviour and work ethics.

Really disappointed with Dr. Sarita’s behaviour.
She is very very rude doctor I have ever seen in my life. She doesn’t have manners to speak with her patients. Never recommend her to anyone.

Total waste of money and time. Really disapointed by doctor sarita’s behaviour. I took my 8 month old baby to doctor and instead of examining her she said baby got indian genes so she is not gaining weight.she trying to brush her off us looks like she was near ro close her shift. So dnt go there

Father Visited this clinic and was seen by Dr thomas. I was not impressed. Not knowledgeable on loop recoreders which he should be being a doctor, did not ask my previous medical history which i happened to be diabetic. The only positive was a cream prescribed that works, but his knowledge lacks big time. And not thorough. Paid $50 for the 1st appoitment said they would claim on medicare, they did not! They take your money.no claim back like they said. Ver unprofessional clinic, do not recommend to anyone.

The lady from clinical labs is so rude. She was on a call, speaking russian (definitely not a work related call). I don't mind that either.
But why are you being aggressive and shouting just because you had to do your job which you're getting paid for. I told her to take deep breath a couple of times because i don't know what made her angry (probaby because i bothered her when she was on phone). For a moment I forgot that i am a patient not her ‍️
I understand things can be tough and not everyday is a good day but be professional when you enter your workplace. I haven't done anything wrong to you but respected your time on the phone and i made myself wait to the side and i expect a nice behaviour. I didn't behave aggressively but tried to calm you down. I hope you get a chance to read it and think about it.

Dr. Sarita Kotur has been our family GP for over 20 years and have found her diagnosis to be extraordinary which has saved lives on more than one occasion. She is always polite and spends time to understand the ailment before recommending treatment. The other staff at the Union Medical Centre are equally polite and look after the wellbeing of the patients visiting the clinic. Fortunate to have a GP like Dr. Sarita Kotur whom we can trust.

I had my appointment with Dr sarita kotur and she's very rude. We just forgot to bring an i.d and she said to us "go and get your money back and go home". I'm not going to recommend for anyone else.
