UniLodge D2 - Student Accommodation Melbourne reviews
17Bad experience ever. Staffs do not respond email, bad communication and accommodation. They never think for you, they only want your money. Take care of your bond and do not live here
Five stars to the kindest and warmest staff Elisha and I really appericiate her working attitude and high efficiency, xx
Absolutely the worst apartment in Melbourne. The 5 stars reviews are fake and please don't trust them. NEVER EVER COME HERE!
Not clean. Laundry machines were full of mould. It’s noisy because of the pub close to it. They entered my room without my permission which is illegal: breach of privacy. I paid more than $1600 monthly for a really awful stay and experience.
This is one of the best accommodation I have ever lived. The room is nice and clean, and staffs are friendly and kindhearted.
Highly recommended to the others.
Do not recommend! The apartment was dirty when we received it and we got charged for cleaning services once we departed. The furniture was old and some things were broken and never got replaced nor fixed (even though we complained). The lobby was always messy and used to storage furniture and other things. Very expensive for low quality accommodation.
I visited this place during an evacuation. There were Fire-Engines and students in pyjamas out on the street. It was awesome.
Overall good experience, a lit bit expensive rent, but live along is good. One thing is bad there is always musical bar or club music playing rock music on every weekend across the road till 3: 00am. If don't mention that noise and the after hour service, there is a somehow good choice
Rude staff don’t respect the privacy of tenants! Unreasonable prices and awful living conditions. I will never come back again. Personally do not recommend!
Pretty good bunch running the place. The student staff are pretty cool too, got a chance to meet them at the welcome party which was great. A bit pricey but that is because of the ideal location. 2 mins walk to uni and 5 mins to Melbourne central station.
Very awful apartment, DO NOT stay in. The staff are very rude and they ignore the requirements of the residents. The facilities inside the house are extremely useless. The air conditioner doesn’t cool it's not even as good as a fan; the refrigerator can't freeze well, the sink is broken for half a year, and no one come to repair it. The most important point is that the hot water is always intermittent in the bath.
I have been here for just over a year its very convenient as it is just a 10 minute walk to the university of melbourne.very good view into the city from the balcony as well as respect of privacy.warm hearted staff always available to help as well.
I lived at UniLodge D2 from 2017-2019. Since I was studying at RMIT, I could walk to my lectures in 5 minutes. The location is central with good restaurants, gyms and supermarkets within a 10 minutes walk. Staff is amazing! If I ever decided to pursue further studies in Melbourne, I would love to live there again.
Been here for the past 4 months, really love it. Staff are super friendly and helpful! Place was neat and clean when I arrived.
Been here for 2.5 yrs and I've witnessed the coming and going of staff members. Thumbs up for Adele (the mother hen), Elisha (who deserves a promotion ASAP), Michael (good luck with ur future career), Tim (a competent team leader), and all those residential advisors working after hours!
Great Location, Right next to the RMIT Engineering building. Staff there are helpful and the social events they host are a good way to meet other students in the building.
