I have been to Unified Exercise Clinic for my shoulder problem, staff is wonderful specially Jonathan, he is amazing and very knowledgeable trainer, makes you feel very comfortable when working with you. Jonathan helped me recover from my shoulder problem and also helped me to improve my health. I highly recommend Jonathan:)

The staff at Unified Exercise Clinic have exceptional knowledge of how to rehabilitate injuries and prepare your body to prevent further injuries. The skill of the instructors is next level. I absolute love the Springy's system - its like nothing else I have used. I've done Pilates for years but Springy's got my muscles working like I hadn't felt, perhaps ever. Highly recommend for any level of fitness.

I've been coming here for 4 to 5 years, and it has been fantastic for my body - particularly knees and legs. UEC has helped me continue to play tennis and hockey and my favourite activity - jogging. Love Springys and Pilates and tolerate planking - makes me stronger) Thanks Team. See you soon.

I initially approached Unified as a way to deal with grief. I needed to reboot my body to be able to live with my heart and mind. It became the 'promised package' of aligning my body and mind and 8 years on I can't imagine my world without it.the exceptional expertise, support, encouragement, care and amazing friendship are all there waiting for you too!

After quite a break from exercise, I am finding my trainer helpful and encouraging. I'm glad I've joined, the personalised program and attention to correct technique is inspiring.

I love the approach to all sessions at unified fitness. The variations at this place are awesome, and mixed with the confident and friendly trainers, its definitely the perfect environment to happily develop!

Appalling company to deal with. When my wife couldn't continue her membership due to an injury they were totally inflexible and unsympathetic. Would not give any refund for unused membership. Stay away from this place unless you want to be ripped off.

Amazing gym with highly knowledgeable trainers who care for their clients. Ive been a member for over 4years now and with their help/support they have got me in the best health. I'm constantly recommending Unified Fitness to friends and they have never been disappointed!
