Absolutely gorgeous hairdressers whose styling, cutting and colouring is superbe. Honestly this was the most beautiful experience I've had in a very long time at a salon. My hairdresser was amazing, the foils she did are gorgeous and the cut is beautiful. The knowledge at this salon is amazing, they know what they're doing and their suggestions for styles/colours involve what you like balanced with their experience and knowledge. After my beautiful foils and cut, I came straight back the next day with my daughter who had a beautiful haircut and is just in love with her new hair. Thank you sincerely to the beautiful hairdressers at Uni Shape Hair Design for making us feel so welcome and for your amazing work. Highly highly recommended and I won't go anywhere else now

So I discovered this place through Groupon purchase. The facade is so deceiving coz they have all labels under one roof. They have laundry, coffee and hair all in one Go!

But don’t let it deceive you as this is the place where I told myself that I am coming back to this salon again. They made me feel like royalty. It was just me at that time with 2 hairdressers helping me out with my hair.

My hairdresser was so knowledgeable with colours and styling.and I so love my hair right now. My colleagues keep asking me where I got my hair done so I just published it in my social media to stop them from asking.

I used my Groupon coupon there. The woman (in her 30s) just kept talking instead of doing her job. I asked her to do a particular style which she didn’t want to do. Paid $39 for a simple thing took 8 minutes!

I called to book for a haircut appointment at Uni Shape Hair Design and was given a 5pm slot. I agreed and during the call, i mentioned that i was most likely going to be late and would arrive around 5: 15pm. The girl on the phone proceeded to take my name and number for the booking.

When I arrived at the salon at 5: 13pm after driving 40 mins, really excited for my haircut to only be told that they only have 15 mins to give me haircut or choose to rebook because they were closing at 5: 30. They refused to stay a little longer over because she said “i cant stay because i am not going to get paid for staying overtime”. SHOCKING.

Horrible service. Why take my booking in the first place? You guys took my number. You could have given me a call me to inform me earlier instead of wasting my time and petrol driving all the way for nothing but disappointment and terrible service.

Never returning.

I did not know it exsisted. It was my first visit, Shar did my hair cut and I must say she was really nice. She kept checking with me if I was okay with the hair length and style. I was impressed with the customer service. Would definitely recommend it.

Awesome team of ladies making magic happen! They have a cafe joined to their salon and the staff are very friendly and most of all, experts in what they do! I have hair most professionals always judge wrong and they got the colour and style perfect!

I never knew it exsisted, such beautiful people, not uncomfortable at all, first visit. Little cafe shared in shop. Amazing people. Great prices. If you live in the area it’s worth that first try. You won’t be disappointed. Otherwise I’ll be Shocked.

I love this place. They have done a great job with my hair and are fabulous with my children (one who is quite sensitive and didn’t used to like having his hair cut - no issues now!)

Really good coffee! And friendly service with somewhere to sit indoors & read paper whilst waiting. Great stop off in the morning on the way to work.

Unbelievable! The service I received from Unishape was too good. I had really short hair and was starting to grow out. Last hairdresser completely fried my hair which was devastating. Unishape to the time and fixed the colour and we had to cut a lot of the damage out. But my hair is back in condition and looking good for my corporate job - I absolutely cannot recommend them highly enough - Lifesavers.
