Have had nothing but pleasant experiences shopping here. I'd noticed a larger yellow coloured cd/white goods store were selling strings cheaply and on my next visit i thought I'd get some. Luckily I was going past underground and dropped in. From a random question I had about one of my guitars while buying strings we quickly established there was a problem with string gauge on one and the other would benefit from strings that could be detuned a lot. Was not going to get that from the other store. Showed me why shops like this are important when you get good service rather than just someone to hand you a receipt at the end of a transaction. Yet to have a repair done but my enquiry was met with enthusiasm and gave me confidence the repair would be done with care and skill.

Bill's a great bloke who does great work! My B C Rich now sounds unreal. Cheers Bill, I will be back with my other guitars.

Who doesn't like a music store. Forward and honest was my impressions today. Only wish I had the cash to buy a new guitar. Get one for your kids as a gift. Or any intrument.

One of the laziest musicians I’ve ever met, how are you to buy anything if you don’t answer your phone, then when you finally get answered, he’s so quick to get you off the phone, terrible, I asked to set up a Gibson for me and he laughed like he couldn’t do it, too busy he says, I don’t know but go somewhere else where you will get the service that you deserve, we spend lots of money in our guitars, so get your finger out!
