Under Armour Chadstone

Customer service was poor to non existent. Salesperson did not understand simple logic. Found an unwanted seam on the product and requested if the salesperson could check for stocks at other stores but she didn't seem like wanting to help at all. I then proceeded in telling her that I will purchase it and decide if I will return it later on, should I ever change my mind. She was offended and proceeded in telling me that I could not return it if I were to buy it. I proceeded to question her on why cant I return it when I have paid the same amount as if it was brand new (like in the return policy says) but she did not want to listen. What could have been an easy transaction turned into unwanted dramas. Please train the staffs to be more polite, helpful and a better listener. Super disappointed with the customer service. Thankfully, after a long conversation and dramas, the district Manager, Adrian was kind enough to offer to do the refund should I ever go back. I would have given 0 stars if it was not because of Adrian.

I ordered a pair of jacket and a pair of pants via online service about 3 weeks ago. I received the package two days ago and it was a wrong item. I ended up receiving a pair of socks in-lieu of the jacket and pant. I sent an email to the customer service asap, but I did not get any reply for two days. Running out of faith and trust, I decided to contact UA Chadstone and spoke to someone name "Bree". This person is absolutely genius, excellent, friendly, very helpful and very professional. She took all my details and within an hour, I received a message from UA Aust with the refund + 20% discount voucher + I don't need to return the pair of socks. Apparently it was "packaging error". Those two items are already sold out. Bree, thank you so much for all your help. You and Penny (customer service) restored my trust and faith to Under Armour. Thank you sincerely 5/5 star.

Amazing customer service from Leon, Helped us while trying many pairs if shoes & answered our questions with a smile on his face despite a busy time in store on Black Friday sale. It’s the cheerful attitude that makes all the difference. Big Shout out to Leon for his superstar customer service. We need genuinely helpful staff like him to have great shopping experience. Rest of the staff were also very humble.

Katelyn (unsure of spelling) helped me in my hunt for new shoes today. She had great knowledge of product, a pretty good idea of her stock levels BOH and to top it all of was an absolutely delightful human being to chat to while I was trying on shoes. Absolute legend, made the experience not only easy but enjoyable as well. Thank you!

If you want to order something their site, it may say in stock. Order at your own risk. Your money will be taken and they will sit on your order until you contact them. I was offered an apology as a "glitch" happened and please reorder we will give you a discount off your order.
I proceed to reorder, money leaves my account. I email to advise that I've followed their instructions. No updates for over a week so I check my account, money refunded without notice, was out of my account about a week.
Dodgy stock level advice from their site is all I can say. Don't order from underarmour.com.au for fear of cancellation of your order without any notice. They will hold onto your money until you ask them about it.

The staff at UA Chadstone are fantastic to deal with and this time was no exception. The gentleman at the store helping me out in this instance was awesome. He went to look in the back of the store for a particular fit, style and color that I was after and came back with two options for me to choose from. He was very polite and super helpful. Thank you UA Chadstone.

Staff were friendly and helpful, stock levels were good. Only critique is the store seemed understaffed during the time we entered. Took around 10 minutes before we got help

Great store. Delightful knowledge staff, and end of season sales are deals - 40-50% off shoes! Golfing clothes are very comfortable and well made but on the high end of expensive. Workout clothes are decent quality and comfortable

Staff were really helpful and friendly. They have a process to keep patrons inside the store to a minimum and at a safe level. Staff are knowledgeable about their product that really helped me in deciding about my purchase.
